it was easy to reach to the hotel, that is, the location of the hotel was well. The reception was also available 24h the price was too expensive, because the quality was not as well as the price. |

Almost nothing. Maybe only its location close to the restaurants and town centre. It wasn't clean, breakfast is not included in the room price and it's rather basic one. The room itself was very basic and not worth the price. The first thing I found in the bathroom was a long black hair on the toilet. It was hot in the room day and night and something made a lot of noise outside the window, so I could not sleep. |

It was located very close to the Grand Place in Mons. Very central to all restaurants in the city center. Excellent free parking on the premises. The room is extremely basic. TV was maybe a 14 inch attached to the wall almost at the ceiling. Had to look straight up to see it. |

That it wasn't far from the main square. A mini bar or fridge could have been included. Similar three star hotels in Italy , Germany and France offer minibar service. |

Bon accueil, personnel très aimable, hôtel bien tenu, silencieux.Excellente situation en plein centre ville à deux pas de la Grand Place et du quartier piétonnier. J'ai aussi beaucoup apprécié le parking privé, gratuit dans un cour à l'arrière de l'hotel, très facile d'accès. Internet gratuit dans la chambre. |

Ligging in het centrum van de stad, zodat je alles gemakkelijk te voet kan bezoeken. Parking op het terrein van het hotel, met ruim voldoende plaatsen. Erg praktisch! |

De kamer was in orde: vrij ruim en netjes. het hotel is gunstig gelegen: vlak bij het centrum. Het ontbijt was goed, maar om daar 10 euro per persoon voor te vragen vind ik rijkelijk overdreven. De ontvangst vond ik bij het onbeleefde af. De jongeman achter de balie keek me nauwelijks aan en was niet bereid enige informatie te verstrekken. Hij volstond met het toeschuiven van een onleesbaar plattegrondje dat me moest helpen het hotel per auto te bereiken. De weg naar het hotel was namelijk opgebroken. |
