The location of the facility is convenient to downtown and accessing it seemed safe. The rooms aren't extremely fancy by American standards but were clean and well stocked with necessary items. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the dining room. would recommend the hotel to future visitors. The parking area was a little restricted but I should not complain since it was free to customers. |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. Gave suggestions for nearby restaurants which proved to be good. Free secure internet. Good breakfast. Handy for the ferry. Certainly recommend this guest house |

The place is clean, the rooms comfortable and it is less than 10 minutes walk from the center of Brugge, it has free parking (a real plus in the middle of a city). The owner and staff are very helpful. Breakfast consisting of cold meats, cheese, pate, croissants, rolls etc,etc,..... is pretty good to. Some of the rooms in the front of the hotel can be affected by traffic noise in the morning. |

We liked the fact that we could park our car at the hotel. It was close to everything but easy driving. We have stayed in hotels all over Europe but this is one of the smallest rooms we have ever been in. |

Hotel owners went out of their way to provide extra information and assist with our onward journey. A rare thing which we appreciated a great deal. perhaps the hours for breakfast could be more flexible |

Great location! The staff was also excellent in recommending walking routes around town and non-tourist eateries. We had a four person room, and the pull out couch was not comfortable. Other than that, everything was perfect! |

Helpful staff, very clean hotel, good breakfast although a little limitted for choice.Good off road parking, very close short walk to bars and shops. Our room was at the front of the hotel, which looked right onto very busy road, with quite a lot of traffic going by. |

The hotel is spotlessly clean, the reception area is airy and impressive, my room was of good size, comfortable and well kept. The upper floor is reached either by stairs or a modern elevator. Breakfast is a buffet that is well stocked with meats, cheeses, eggs, rolls, croissants etc. quite excellent. There is also private parking available on site at no extra cost. |

The hotel is very very close to the city center, the room is very spacious and the bathroom is very very nice. Everything is very elegant. The breakfast was good and the stuff service very friendly. The only thing missing was a fridge in the room. Also, as a minor note, we stayed in a room at the third floor and, although there was a nice window in the ceiling, it had no curtain, so it could be a bit disturbing for lazy mornings. |

Friendly and helpfull staff We stayed 2 nights at the Golden Tree Hotel during our stay our room wasn't cleaned. Maybe because we didn't leave our key at the reception when we went into town? |

The location was excellent - everything within walking distance. Very convient having on site parking - no worrying about the vehicle being left in a car park. Surroundings, staff & food excellent Could have done with drinks making facilities in the room as nothing available from 7 pm at the hotel. A small bedside clock would have been useful too! |
