Very kind and flexible staff. Suitably located near the city centre. The family room was rather tight for four people and the mattresses were uncomfortable. |

The home-like aspect of the hotel itself. And it is in a good and convenient location. |

The reception staff were friendly, and the foyer was grand, clean and welcoming with interesting art pieces placed around. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of food for a continental style breakfast. You could slightly hear the busy road from the room we were staying in. It wasn't a big problem for us as were aren't light sleepers, but this could probably be improved by stronger glazed windows. |

Great location with respect to the city center. It is located on the side of a busy road, but we didn't hear any traffic noise. Friendly staff, offered helpful suggestions. Breakfast was fine -- nothing remarkable, but certainly not bad. I wanted to like this place more than I did. For what it offered, it was rather pricey, although the entire city seems to be very expensive. Upon arrival there was a problem with our room; they responded immediately but couldn't really correct things until the next day, so they put us in a smaller room which wasn't as good for our needs. Overall it was a somewhat frustrating stay, although I definitely give them points for trying. |

Free parking in front of the hotel You could hear the chars drive by on the busy road along the hotel. It's general expression, look and feel, was not as how we expected it from the pictures on the internet. It was decent, while we expected a more fancy and romantic atmosphere. |

Close to the train station and centre of Bruges Room was small and we stayed in No.1 which was like an out house ...in buildings in the court yard of the hotel. The hotel was pricey for what you got. |

The location of the facility is convenient to downtown and accessing it seemed safe. The rooms aren't extremely fancy by American standards but were clean and well stocked with necessary items. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding as well as the dining room. would recommend the hotel to future visitors. The parking area was a little restricted but I should not complain since it was free to customers. |
