Not far from town, lovely breakfast room
Weird part of town, nice but often absent staff
The room was really hot and it was perfect because outside the weather was very bad! Nice hotel with a very good position and a good breakfast, thank you very much! We hope to come back soon!
Friendly staff, excellent breakfast and great location
Couple of comfy chair in a foyer area but no lounge area to sit & enjoy drink/coffee/social chat
Stairs and elevator
Close to the center, refurbished room (No 3), nice staff.
Noisy room related to the neighboring room, heat device is noisy also. No fresh fruit or good espresso coffee at breakfast
Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean
Reception closes at 8, and breakfast could be Improved with more variety. Also staff gave us the wrong advice on trains, as there is a different schedule on the weekend
People in the hotel was very kind to was, they kept our luggage until the check in time. The breakfast is included and it was great, with a big variaty of choices.
It is about a 10min walk from the city center.
Location Staff Breakfast
Friendly and capable staff
Wi-Fi signal too poor to be used in the apartment. No Tea and coffee making facility in the apartment
Friendly staff Location Lovely food for breakfast General atmosphere
Converted stables were so stylish. Went with another family and we're able to have a joining room with own external door. Bart and all the staff were amazing. Definitely going back.
Nothing absolutely perfect.
Fantastic room! We picked the hotel a bit at random and were very surprised with the size and luxury that we got for our money. Incredible facilities and very close to the centre of Bruges. An excellent surprise that put a great shine on a wonderful weekend!
Excellent location, helpful staff, comfortable rooms and nice breakfast.
Very good value. Friendly staff. Nice, clean hotel. Location just a short walk into the centre proper. Would have no hesitation staying their again.
Nothing. It was the ideal choice for us. A good hotel at a reasonable price, close to the centre.
Unfortunately there was a smell from the drains. It wasn't too strong but I could smell it and it was a little off putting.
Very friendly and knowledgeable owners. Gave advice on where to go and what to see. Hotel near to centre and lovely 'old' building with parking facilities. Great selection at breakfast and kept topped up with fresh coffee and fresh produce nothing was allowed to run out, plenty of everything.
We were in a room at the top of the building which was excellent but too hot. Unable to make cooler.
Near to good restaurants and bars. Very short walk to centre of Brugge. Lovely modern room, liked the motion sensing lighting in the room. Useful when using the bathroom at night. Lovely continental breakfast, good choices.
Unpleasant " drain" like smell in foyer and corridors. Fortunately not smelly in rooms. Hotel was not the only place affected, so probably something to do with amount of rain and very old drains in Brugge.
The bedroom was perfect, spotless, modern and quiet.
A great hotel, staff very welcoming and easy walk to centre.
Location, breakfast, parking, staff.
Room 1 only has a sliding door between the bedroom and bathroom - fine if you're on your own but not so good for a couple. However, the price we paid made it a good deal.
Location was fantastic
The rooms were small
very friendly owners, great location. Public areas were nice
Our room was not one that had been re-furbished, sadly. But I am sure in time the whole hotel would be of the same standard as the re-furbished areas.
Our room and position
Good location, nice room. Spacious enough for 2 people. Would be a bit small if the 3rd folding bed would be used. We were put in the recently refurbished back part of the building, which is also less noisy. We arrived at 2 pm and the receptionist was kind to let us leave our luggage until the room was ready in the said half an hour. We could also leave the luggage on our last day before departure.
Small bathroom. Small breakfast room. Cannot open the window, because street noise gets in, but this would only be a problem in the summer. We had a disappointing experience at breakfast on our first day. They do not provide extra plates and when we took the ones next to us on the table (table for four) one of the staff members (a small blond girl) thought it appropriate to lecture us about how we should "ask nicely" for extra plates. She seems to have no idea about the business. I would have given her a piece of my mind, but since this was our first day, did not want any trouble on the rest of our stay. Might be a good idea though for her to have a quick training about how you treat your guests politely.
Location was excellent and the rooms were of a very high standard. Staff were very friendly and accomodating.
Breakfast was not kept 'topped up' and tinned fruit is not really acceptable!
