Die Mitarbeiter am Empfang und beim Frühstück waren sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut - 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Rathaus. Am Empfang wird man explizit darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um Nichtraucherzimmer handelt. Im Zimmer selbst rochen alle Textilsachen inkl. Bettwäsche sehr unangenehm nach Zigarettenrauch. Man betritt das Hotel durch das eigene Café - dort besser nicht tief einatmen. Bis zum Frühstück im selben Raum war gut gelüftet worden. Das Preis-/Zimmer-Verhältnis stimmte für mich nicht. |

Good location close to the centre, clean room, nice and sufficient breakfast. Noisy (streetside room) - no airco, so had to open the window for air, but there was really a lot of street noise during the night. Very basic room, old and weary look. The downstairs bar was extremely smoky - breakfast is served in the same room. Staff in the reception spoke little English. Room is ready only after 3pm and the checkout is at 10. |

Some of the staff were wonderful. False advertising about wrieless when in fact it cost a lot. Folding broken and stained plastic slider instead of a bathroom door. Tiny bathroom barely big enough for a skinny person to turn around. |

Kind to offer early access to room and very helpful, cheerful staff. Comfortable bed. Very noisy room above bar and on street front, so if this annoys you then ask for back rooms. |

Check in was quick and efficient. All staff, from reception to housekeeping, were very friendly. I stayed here during Rock Werchter and the room was ready early on during the day so I could drop off my bags before heading to the festival. |

People were nice and very helpful. Good location. Breakfast was nice and had a restaurant and bar that was part of the hotel, which is rare for small hotels. Overall it was okay, and I may stay there again. Really liked the owner, and she tried very hard to make it all work. No A/C, beds were small, didn't really have sheets, only one plug near the desk, had an acordian door on the bathroom. Rooms were very clean though, which is important |

Convenient location. Helpful and cheerful staff. Clean bedding. Room in a poor condition. Poor standard of decoration and in a state of deterioration. Bathroom in poor condition unpleasant to use. Dangerous electrical socket is unrepaired. I wouldn't like to be there if there was a fire. Breakfast offering was not sufficient. Not good value for money. |

Nice cheerful clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, good location, nice pub dowstairs. Main entrance closed when the pub is closed (Sundays, holidays) meaning one cannot leave the luggage after checking out on these days. On days when pub is open there is a disturbing noise from downstairs. Room was very cold- the weather turned cold and rainy and the heating was off (beginning of May). Breakfast a bit on the modest side, e.g. no tea only coffee. |
