We really enjoyed this hotel. It was very close to the city center and all the restaurants and bars .We were surprised to find a 2* hotel that makes your room daily and changes towels every other day. The breakfast was good and we enjoyed the fact that we could grab a beer in the hotel bar before going to our room. We'd stay there again and we'd surely recommend it. The lady that runs it was great, and so was the rest of the staff. |

Room was very clean, staff was friendly, breakfast was tasty, had the only 220 volt plug that my converter fit. Location was convenient to the heart of Louven. Plumbing problems - toilet would not flush properly. |

The staff were charming and helpful. The hotel was very close to historical centre of Leuven. Parking was difficult. Meters close by had to be fed every two hours although there was free parking on the ring road which could be reached easily by a bus from outside the hotel. Although one block from the smarter part of town and recently decorated inside, the area outside the hotel was scruffy and the huge empty hospital opposite gloomy. The smoke from the bar pervaded the whole building.. |

Clean and comfortable and very helpful staff - in a good location. small room however and not cheap although we realise by looking elsewhere that hotles in Leuven are a bit more pricey than in other Belgian cities. |

The friendliness and positive attitude of the staff,clean and satisfying breakfast and other services,central position in the town center. Too small and old looking,almost no corridor,no hair dryer in the bathroom. |

Facities and cleaniess of the room are excellent. The hotel lacks staff to open doors at night, better check in before 11pm. Breakfast is expensive for the quality offered.. |

the staff was indeed very friendly and helpfull. we got good recommendations where to park our car safely at low cost. arriving late to the hotel was no problem, despite no reception during night hours, they waited for us to check in. the central location was very pleasant. breakfast was kind of poor, though sufficient: juice, coffe, the, serial, new baked bread, cheese, ham etc. however, was missing some green ingredients. |

Location is good The hotel is borderline "dive," which isn't bad, there's always a time and a place to stay in a dumpy hotel. Problem here is the price is out of line with what you get. 68E for mid-week single seemed high. You're better off in the Ibis just down the road |

Good central location. Pleasant cafe and bar. Good breakfast. Generally good value for money. Smoking still permitted in the bar. Bar is prone to be noisy late at night that can affect rooms on lower floors. |

Friendly and very flexible staff. Relaxed atmpsphere. Good location for the best sights and access to city centre The bar downstairs is full of smoke that goes up to the rooms. Also, some guests staying in the bar late at night are noisy. The cost is high and soes not reflect the standrad. |
