Are you looking for a small hotel with a friendly atmosphere and a personal touch? Then you came to the right place!

We offer you a charming hotel with 14 rooms in the historical town centre. Have you been sightseeing all day or been out working, attending a conference? Then we invite you to have a drink in our bar with a wide choice of Belgian beers, Bio-beers, fine whisky's, local specialities, ... Don't like alcohol? We also have a selection of local brewed bio- juices!

We are located in the "Brusselsestraat" in Leuven, just in front of the main entrance of the "AZ St. Pieters" hospital. Right in the heart of the town center with all the facilities just around the corner.

We are only a 2 minute walk away from the "Grote Markt" with the most famous historic city hall of Belgium, the "St. Pieters church", the "Old Market Square" famous worldwide for its bars and nightlife.

Almost every department of the university is within walking distance and the "UZ Gasthuisberg" can be reached by bus just in front of our hotel.

People were nice and very helpful. Good location. Breakfast was nice and had a restaurant and bar that was part of the hotel, which is rare for small hotels. Overall it was okay, and I may stay there again. Really liked the owner, and she tried very hard to make it all work.

No A/C, beds were small, didn't really have sheets, only one plug near the desk, had an acordian door on the bathroom. Rooms were very clean though, which is important

Staff were friendly and and helpful

Lots of noise from both outside the hotel and more so from other guests. Sound insulation between rooms was almost zero.

Convenient location. Helpful and cheerful staff. Clean bedding.

Room in a poor condition. Poor standard of decoration and in a state of deterioration. Bathroom in poor condition unpleasant to use. Dangerous electrical socket is unrepaired. I wouldn't like to be there if there was a fire. Breakfast offering was not sufficient. Not good value for money.

Nice cheerful clean room, very friendly and helpful staff, good location, nice pub dowstairs.

Main entrance closed when the pub is closed (Sundays, holidays) meaning one cannot leave the luggage after checking out on these days. On days when pub is open there is a disturbing noise from downstairs. Room was very cold- the weather turned cold and rainy and the heating was off (beginning of May). Breakfast a bit on the modest side, e.g. no tea only coffee.

de ligging

vreselijk gehorige kamers, kon buren uitgebreid horen praten, zeer vcervelend als ze tot drie uur snachts doorpraten. Het is een 2 sterrenhotel dus kunt niet te veel verwachten maar dit was echt heel vervelend. Zou het alleen aanbevelen in de winter, de kamers zijn erg warm in de zomer en het raam open met een busstop voor de deur (ziekenhuis) was qua lawaai niet te harden.
