The location was lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great and the bed very very comfortable. Everything was very clean and there was plenty of hot water. The manager (?) recommended a restaurant to us which was fantastic. Maybe the coffee at breakfast could have been better, but that's all. |

The location easy to reach the main market square, the friendliness of the staff. I n our room which was to the side back of the hotel there was no telephone for an emergency ...no hairdryer...and maybe a kettle would be of use...also a shower curtain as the water went everywhere and made the bathroom floor slippery and dangerous. |

Closeness to downtown Mosquitoes due to the lack of screens on the windows and the lack of air-conditioning so we could close the windows; the first night we had no shower and a toilet which would not stop running |

we stayed overnight so did not really 'experience' all the ins and outs of the hotel but what we did get to experience was ok The bathroom floor was dangerously slippery - smooth glass like tiles and my friend slipped and hurt herself - I did bring this to the attention of the checkout. |

The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and all in all the hotel greatly exceeded my expectations. The hotel did not Have an iron that customers could use, we also had problems with the plug sockets in our room despite having the correct adaptor. |

The room and bed were good sizes. One of the cheaper hotels I saw. The site said free parking nearby and when I asked the guy looked at me like I was crazy. There was street parking but it was pretty full and had to park 5+ blocks away. We asked for a baby cot and did not receive one. The milk seemed sour at breakfast. |

The front desk staff were welcoming, polite and friendly. The room was very clean. The room was very small, the walls are very thin so we heard every movement of the guests upstairs, the shower was not functioning properly (and was overhead so it was like being rained on every time we used it), at breakfast they ran out of rolls and croissants. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful The reception closed at nine so there is no way of getting a drink untill eight the next morning or no fridge if u want to take water in your room. Apart from that it was excellent. |

Location, parking, breakfast, receptionist (especially his patience when he was explaining something over the phone to someone who wasn't very bright), parking card from the hotel (we didn't have one). 10EUR difference just because there is a bath is not worth it. |

Breakfast was good. There were many mosquitoes at night but there was no mosquito net in that small double room! We were awoken from time to time and finally went back full of mosquito bites |

Excellent location, just a 5-10 min stroll from the centre of Bruges with easy on-street parking. Delicious breakfast, with lots of choices and freshly made crepes. Johann at reception was great - lots of tips on the local culture, the best local bars etc. He was very helpful - great service at the bar and even helped us to order a pizza one night in Dutch! I highly recommend this hotel. |

The gentleman who checked us in was extremely helpful and friendly. We booked a family room and it was very good size for the 4 of us. It was very clean. The breakfast was excellent. The location was an easy walk for even my 5 and 7 year olds. |

Quiet area only 10 minutes walk to the centre. We stayed 2 days and staff had forgotten to clean the room. Apparantly cleaners forgot the whole first floor. Just a mistake I suppose as the room of our friends on the second floor had been cleaned. |
