Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were happy to stay back as we arrived late from London and reception had closed. It was only a short walk into town and we walked back to the station with bags without any problems so taxi not necessary but cheap if required. |

Very helpful managers plus very good breakfast. Soundproofing of rooms could be improved. We were kept up until 1am with sounds from noisy guests. Also would really appreciate facility to make drinks in room. They were very helpful and filled a hot flask for me, but no flask, no hot drinks. |

Location - the hotel is situated on the very quiet street, 15 min from the city center. Staff is very helpful. The double room was very small even for one person. The brekfast is quite poor for 3 star hotel. There were no telephone in the room, though it was supposed to be.The walls are very thin - you can here noises from other rooms and halls. |

Location was very handy yet quiet. Nice breakfast included in price. Hotelier friendly and helpful. Free parking close by. Room and bathroom a bit small and bathroom smelled damp. Decor a bit tired. |

Manager was incredibly friendly and offered tips on the city. It is in a very peaceful part of town. Car parking is on street. Whilst there was ample parking space at this time of year, a full hotel may have meant no space to park. |

Hospitality from hotel staff was exceptional. Breakfast was a simple continental buffet but was prepared to highest standard and very tasty. Room was nicely decorated with a newly fitted bathroom. |

This is an exceptional hotel! The staff is the best and was eager to assist to ensure our stay was pleasurable. The breakfast was superb and the affordability is off the scale. If you visit Bruges you will not regret staying at this hotel. |

The hotel was easily accessible from the centre of Brugges. In a very quiet part of the town. The breakfast was rather poor. The tea and coffee were out of a machine and the water was not hot enough. |

Excellent location in attractive residential street so easy to park. Only a 10-15 minute walk to main square. The room was clean but was in real need of re decoration as it was quite tired looking. |

It was close, but not too close to centre of the town. I wanted a hotel that provided parking which is why I picked this hotel. However, the parking was 'on street' with a 4 hr resident parking permit. |

The free parking on site was actually in the streets around the hotel. This was controlled with a free "parking disk" set to arrival time. Staff were helpful in that they would change the time after 4 hours (the limit) but it was still on street parking. |

Helpful staff. Quiet but convenient location in the old town. We received an upgraded room at no extra cost with four poster bed and modern spacious ensuite bathroom. Good continental style breakfast provided and we were offered cooked egg . Hotel was difficult to locate from Bruges ring road. We used the road instructions provided but could have done with a detailed map of the old town. In the end we phoned the hotel and they guided us in. |
