Martin’s Brugge is just behind the famous 13th-century Belfry and 185 yards from the Grote Markt. It has a terrace and a cocktail bar, and all rooms have a flat-screen TV.

Located along a canal, the Hotel Ter Brughe is an 8-minute walk from the Market Square, the Belfry of Bruges and the shopping district. Breakfast is served in a vaulted cellar with views of the water....
Score from 1035 reviews Very good
This family-run hotel is housed in an 18th-century former brewery in the historic center of Bruges. Maraboe features free Wi-Fi and spa facilities, only less than half a mile from the Grote Markt.
Score from 901 reviews Very good
The breakfast was great. Lots to chose from. Beds were comfortable and the room was perfect size for two. It's walking distance from the main historic area and nightlife. Enjoyed our stay!
Great choice in the food for breakfast, friendly staff
The bathroom lights were not all working and a piece of the bathtub was falling off
Staff really helpful good breakfast convenient well worth money
Excellent location for walking to centre and places of interest. A short walk to nearest canal.Easy parking.Quiet location.
Rooms were clean.Staff were nice. Breakfast was good.
Bed was too hard for me. But I do like a soft bed.
Good location, great breakfast, short pleasant wall to centre, OK parking (free)
The bathroom light was not working and not fixed until the late morning after in spite of asking twice before reception closed on the first night of our stay. There was a strong smell from the bathroom after we used the shower once the light and extractor fan were fixed. We were bitten by mosquitos during the second night. I would encourage future guests to ask for insect repellent which apparently is available at reception. There was poor and sometimes no television reception.
The daily breakfast was outstanding!
Good location, short walk to the Market Square and other points of interest. Accommodating staff. Good wifi reception.
Breakfast was made out of cheap supermarket parbaked bread. We had a narrow bathroom, could not sit comfortably on the toilet. Room had bad insulation, lots of noise from people walking on the wooden floor above us. Although the TV was a decent modern LCD panel, the image was incredibly noisy; maybe one or 2 channels were actually viewable.
I enjoyed the breakfast, the staff was kind and helpful and most of the food was brought in instantly when it ran out. The beds where comfortable.
The room overall was clean, except for 3 squashed mosquito's on the ceiling (with blood). Also the bathroom electricity died after a day so i had to shower in the dark.
Very warm welcome, easy parking, great breakfast.
Bar closed at 9.30pm.
Great location just 10 minute stroll into main square, yet in a quiet area so no noise. Hotel very nice and staff very helpful. Good breakfast too.
Bathroom was very very small.. But had a shower and toilet so it was grand but if you are a larger person I think the size of bathroom could be a problem
Excellent location, quite, window with a view. Tasty breakfast. Helpful staff.
No kettle in room.
location, comfy bed, quiet area, and easy parking.
Shower was a trickle of water only ! Water pressure clearly a problem that needs addressing. We tried it at different times of the day and never any improvement! Not enough bread rolls out at breakfast, and too slow to replenish stocks.
Staff excellent.....breakfast fantastic....very clean
Would have like breakfast from 7.30am rather than 8.30am as we left early on our last day and could not avail of breakfast
Day concierge was lovely and very helpful.
Room was tiny and uncomfortable. Smelled of damp. Not like photo on website. Pillows were skimpy. Bathroom ridiculous. Toilet so close to wall that we bumped our heads - and the lid was broken. Sink was unusable - so small that tap covered it. There was hair in the bottom of the basket of toiletries. The TV did not work. We will not go back.
Good location. 10 min walk to the main sites. Free to park our car in front of the hotel. The free wifi is good from the hotel room.
The hotel is a block away from the hotel and easy walking distance to the town square. The staff were really helpful and the hotel has nice size rooms and the ensuite had a great shower. The breakfast that was included also had lots of variety.
Johan greeted me initially. So helpful. Marked on map which areas were good to visit to eat. Where to go for 'normal' priced food rather than tourist prices. This was my favourite hotel in all my travels so far. Good English. Helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast included.
It was in the back streets and I was worried walking in the back streets alone at night, but it seemed safe. Its a residential area.
Traditional Flemish style property, set in a quiet suburb of town, less than 10 minutes walk from the centre. Staff friendly, rooms comfortable and breakfast good.
Nothing to really dislike. It did as it said on the 'can'. If you drive to Bruges and want to leave your car at the hotel roadside, you need to return to the car every 4 hours to update your time of arrival..... a bit of a pain
The hotel staff, particularly Charlotte and Johann, were extremely friendly, helpful, informative and made us feel very comfortable and relaxed. We were very grateful for the good care they took of us. The hotel is only a short walk from the market square but is also well located for a handy convenience store and the excellent bus service. Bruges is a beautiful, historic city captured in a bygone age. We would recommend the hotel and the City unreservedly.
We have been to this hotel five times. We'll be back there again soon. Staff are great very helpful and friendly.
Having to leave......
Breakfast, staff, room
Too far from downtown
Great hotel and location wonderful realist. Beautiful city!
Great staff - very helpful - especially Johannes Good breakfasts Easy walk to the centre of things and I encourage you to drift through the side streets around the hotel and find the little pubs and cafés that the locals use. St Giles church across from the hotel is a little jem.
Our initial room 107 was a little damp smelling but staff were great when we asked for a move
