Very large room, excellent breakfast, good location

Room smelled so bad we had to move. Cleaning of room was poor. Parking garage was awkward to use.

Clean well kept hotel with attentive staff. Would definitely recommend.

The warm and friendly attitude of all the staff member of the hotel is remarkable; the food was excellent also.

My balcony door could not open so in order to smoke I had to go out. A minor problem, although it could have saved me some time. The receptionist tried his best to open it but it was simply blocked. I thank him very much for trying; I appreciated it immensely.

The room was huge and the restaurant was surprisingly very good for the money I paid. Staff top notch.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Parking underneath the hotel. In the very city centre, but still very well reachable by car. Nice gym. VERY spacious rooms.

The gym was very hot. There was no temperature control. And it would have been nice if there were some extra towels available there.

The hotel charged me eur15.00 For the baby's bed which should be free of charge according to the website. And the staff didn't want to explain too much, he even put "Beverage" in the invoice for this.... Kind of cheating! Will never come back.

I like the fact the rooms have balconies which is unusual in the centre of a city, the size of the room, very comfortable, car parking, friendly staff.

When I booked, one of the photos showed coffee and tea making facilities, there was nothing, I complained, I was told that facility was only in the superior suites, they brought a kettle to the room which was ok. The room was a bit cold, we had dressing gowns luckily, they brought a electric radiator up on our last day. Other issues like lights not working, although they were reported 3-4 times they were never rectified. Breakfast was far to expensive at 18 euro's per person.

The staff, particuarly at reception, are really fantastic! It makes the whole stay so pleasant with this kind of service. The beds are also super comfy - just like a high end luxury hotel... Internet is free and fast, and never a problem to connect. Close walking distance to the main heart of Liege, but far enough away to be very quiet, even with the room windows wide open.

The "carpets" in the rooms - what were they thinking?! Also the lighting is quite poor in the work area, but it is manageable.

A very spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Clean and well maintained facility. Garage was clean and well lighted. Fifteen minute walk to center of the old city.

The fan for the heater was noisy. The room, although large and clean, had a cold feeling (perhaps the lighting).

We were traveling to maastricht to see andre rieu in concert but stopped off in liege for the night. The hotel as we approached looked really nice. The reception were quick to register us. The room was massive with a work bench walk in shower room with separate toilet good size wardrobe large bed which was very comfortable. There was also a balcony.we also had air condition in the room the breakfast was hot and cold dishes. We went out for dinner the hotel was just a short walk to the centre.
