ブルージュ観光起点として好ロケーション。　ホテルマンの対応が良い。　山小屋風の部屋は機能的にはビジネスホテル並みの使い勝手を確保している。奇麗な中庭に面したレストランで- 朝食をいただける。

運河に近い土地柄なのか１０月なのに虫がいます。朝方の蚊には悩まされました。

快適で清潔感のあるホテルでした。スタッフの方の対応も丁寧で楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。

駅行きのバス停までの距離が少しあったのでスーツケースをもっての移動が大変でした。

とてもおしゃれで素晴らしいホテルでした。快適に、心地よく過ごせました。朝食もとても美味しかったです。-

館内のどこを見ても清潔で、気持ちよく宿泊できた。観光スポットまで徒歩で行けて便利な立地。

Hotel staff are excellent being very friendly and helpful, hotel is 5 mins walk to main square, room was nice, hotel has lots of original features.Comments on maid room size being small are not correct with it having a King bed along with 2 sitting chairs and table, more than large enough for a city break. Hotel have also put an A/C machine in the room which cools it down when it gets warm. Free use of internet in reception a nice touch. Would happily stay again.

The hotel was well sited and an easy walk to the centre of Brugge. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. I read a few reviews and decided to book based on the comments. Some people have commented that the rooms are small but all european city rooms are on the small side and ours was perfectly adequate. I would stay there again and recommend it to others. Also one of the city car parks is about a two minute walk and the centre square about 5 mins. Excellent location

The hotel was very central, and the public rooms and the bedrooms were well appointed

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to the centre but on a quiet side street. Our room was large and the bathroom was even larger, with open shower and large showerhead. The general decor of the hotel is very traditional and beautifully done but by far the best thing about this hotel is the staff, the reception staff were exceptional, extremely friendly and helpful. Would have no hesitation is recommending this hotel or staying there again.

Good location with helpful and willing staff. Room was adequate but cramped with poor access which was difficult for my disabled wife.

Poor directions to our room meant my wife had to climb steep staircase. This could have been avoided as the lift served the floor on which the room was located.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location. Staff very friendly and breakfast very good. Exactly what we expected - would definitely book again.

Excellent customer service, fabulous building and decor - loved the huge doors! Felt very luxurious, a real treat.

Reception staff were very attentive and the decor is amazing. Breakfast was nice and plentiful. Great location for sight seeing.
