Very dated with furnishings, carpets in a disgusting state not only in our room but throughout the entire hotel looked like the cleaners had trailed bleach all over them, wifi has very limited access and at one point staff didnt know how to allow me access to the system. Bedside lights never worked, very hot and stuffy room. |

Spacious comfortable hotel with bar facilities and swimming pool. Late check in from 3pm and early check out before 11am. If you were staying for one night this means you are only at hotel for maximum of 20 hours.(However on arrival in city at 11.30 am, we went to hotel to leave our bags and they were able to check us in early.) |

The pool was nice, and the reception staff were friendly. Good location, and a nice welcoming foyer. The room was quite bare, and the hot water took a long time to get hot. Quite a bit of noise from the main road, and the door to the room didn't seem secure. Breakfast was OK but the hot food was cold as the contraption keeping it warm didn't seem to have much effect. |

The room was big and clean, the shower curtain could be cleaner. Breakfast was really good. For the price we paid it was good. The front desk staff was not really friendly, but we only needed to speak with them during check-in and check out. |

Nice swimming pool, good sized bedrooms and en-suite bedrooms. Very comfortable beds! Excellent location within easy reach of shopping centre and sightseeing attractions. Friendly and helpful reception staff. The things I didnt like about the hotel was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. The room could have been cleaned to a better standard, in particular the skirting boards near the bed were thick of dust and the window boxes outside the room window had dead plants in which was your view everytime you looked out of the window, this would have been much better with some fresh plants or the dead ones removing completely. |

Close to city center No parking (forget the hotel parking, it's never available), the staffs varied from being useless and rude , to very courteous and helpful. The room had a musty odor.. same goes for shower room, hallways.etc. |

location. Smelly rooms with very uncomfortable beds. The rooms were dirty and the shower curtains look like they had never been cleaned. Dirty sheets, carpet and walls also. |

The hotel has a presentable reception The bathroom was not very clean. I did not like leaving my car keys with reception and not being given a receipt for them. |

Comfortable, clean and close to the town centre, but still very quiet. Helpful staff and decent breakfast. Despite the relatively cool outside temperature, the room was rather too warm and somewhat stuffy. |

Great location just inside the Old City, within walking distance of all sites in Brugge. Close to main roads so arriving by car is not difficult. Good value for price we paid. Rooms and facilities are dated and worn. |
