The staff were friendly and the food was nice. The hotel was not too far away from Ypres and the museums we wanted to visit. The bathroom is need of updating, a bit tired and cramped. |

The staff was polite, helpful and welcoming. The ambiance and the historical feeling was very agreeable. The rooms were well heated and comfortable, breakfast was good, and the position was very convieniant to the town centre. |

The hotel is perfectly situated to offer good acomodation within the former Battlefields of the First World War. Sadly there is only one (maybe two) members of staff on duty. The Bar doubles as the restaurant and the ambiance is not pleasing. I would not stay again. |

The location was clearly ideal and the general atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. The bathroom had no shower curtain and no place to hook the shower attachment |

Reasonably close to IPER, (5 minute car ride) so great for the Menin gate, and an evening in town, and only justover an hours drive from Calais. Lovely relaxing location, with good facilities, though could do with Tea and Coffee making facilities. The location is right next to the ammusement park, so is great if you have kids, but to be fair, the park does shut reasonably early (6pm) so does not affect your relax time. The continental breakfast is ample, with plenty of choice. |

The object of our trip was to visit the Battlefield around Ypres and also to attend the Menin Gate evening ceremony. This hotel is ideally located for the battlefields around Ypres being just north of Hill 60 and on the site of the Hooge crater with some old trenches in the grounds. |

Room was fabulous with beautiful linen on the bed embroidered with the hotels name. The family owners were extremely friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There was nothing we disliked about the hotel, but due to the weakness of the £ against the Euro it was probably a bit more than we would like to have paid. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. rooms were comfortable. close to the town, museums and places of interest i.e. ww1 battlefields and war graves.. would have liked tea and coffee facilities in the room, even if only a kettle were provided. |

Good service from hotel staff, nice breakfast, good selection of local beers in the bar. Well documented history of the war as it affected the hotel grounds. Lovely rooms with antique furniture. The towels were a bit beyond their best. |

We liked the fact that the grounds were part of World War 1 history and trenches and craters had been preserved. We stayed in winter but am sure, with its gardens, that it is a lovely place to stay in spring/summer. It would be nice to have more pillows on the bed! |

This elegant hotel offers traditional hospitality and stylish guest rooms with luxurious bathrooms in peaceful surroundings, near the French-Belgian border. |
Just outside Ypres, you’ll find the cosy family hotel of Flanders Lodge, with a nice winter garden restaurant and the charm of a log cabin. |
Hotel regina is a comfortable and well kept hotel on a central location with a cosy and friendly atmosphere. Only 50 meters from the Lakenhallen and the Flanders Field museum. |
All quiet (& comfortable) on the Western Front. Marvel at the unique and beautiful town of Ypres and stay at our charming, family-run hotel, right at the heart of it all. |
