Only stayed one night but found staff friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of shops, bars and restaurants. Room was comfortable and clean. Pillows! Not firm enough. But they are a personal thing. |

friendly staff at reception, very nice&clean room, very good breakfast buffet, wireless internet very expensive, parking expensive, very noise AC in the room, couldn't really open the windows to vent, unfriendly staffmember at breakfast |

The hotel was very quiet and comfortable, the rooms spacious and well equipped, and the location convenient for the centre of the town and for the station. Many more modest hotels now offer free WiFi access to the Internet in all rooms. I find it surprising that this is not the case in a hotel such as the Keizershof, as use of the service might be cynically seen as simply a way to make money based on very little cost to the hotel. |

Het personeel was gewoon vriendelijk, alles goed geregeld de kosten voor de parkeergarage vond ik een beetje hoog, als je een kamer boekt ergens zou je mogen verwachten dat je gratis kan parkeren. De parkeergarage is ook erg klein bemeten. |

Ik kwam pas na 22:00 uur aan, fijn dat dat geen probleem was. Prijzen komen niet altijd overeen, prijzen voor de minibar op de kamer aangegeven en wat ik moest afrekenen verschilde. Het ging maar om een heel klein bedrag, maar toch. Tevens vraag ik me af of ik werkelijk een 'luxe/prestige' kamer had of niet, niet dat het mij uitmaakt, maar heb er wel voor betaald omdat er geen 'standaard' 1pk vrij was. |

L'accueil, le confort, la propreté et le calme de la chambre sont très satisfaisants.De même, la possibilité de parking en sous-sol pour un hôtel situé dans la vieille ville constitue un plus indéniable. |
