Schöne Atmosphäre in Stadtkern von Brügge, ruhiger und angenehmer Park mit Cafe/Bar (Terrasse mit Lounge Charakter) im hintern Bereich des Hotels. Die Zimmer im "Kastel" sind anscheinend schöner als im modernen Bereich, Bad ist sehr großzügig und stilvoll/modern. Mir wurde der beste Italiener (Restaurant) von Brügge empfohlen, La .... Sole oder so, eine Katastrophe - absolut unbrauchbar, viele Betrunkene die einem belästigt haben, die schlechtesten Spaghetti meines Lebens. Aber vielleicht liegt es auch an meinem Maßstab meiner bekannter Italiener, die ich als Empfehlungen für ein Restaurant ausstelle!!! |

Der Preis für das Frühstücksbuffet ist leider nicht angemessen.28 € für ein mittelmäßiges sehr auseinander gerissenes Buffet,wo nicht einmal die Möglichkeit besteht ,ein Brot zu toasten, ist einfach zu viel. |

Die zentrale ruhige Lage und das Gesamtambiente Die Dusche schwankte ständig zwischen Abhärten und Verbrühen,das Zimmer war einmal nachmittags um 16.00 noch nicht gemacht. |

Das gute Ambiente, die zentrale Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten,der sehr gute Service, das gute Frühstück und die Parkanlage hinter dem Hotel mit ihren Kunstwerken. Von einem Hotel dieser Güteklasse sollte man erwarten, dass derReinigungsdienst und dessen Kontrolle gründlicher gewesen wäre und die Reinigung nicht erst gegen 14.00 Uhr begann. |

Bereits die Ankunft am Hotel ist eine große Freude,da sich das Hotel im ehemaligen Palast der Herzöge von Burgund befindet und der Anblick des alten Schloßes bei Tag und bei Nacht( mit Beleuchtung) großartig ist.Die Renovierung ist gelungen.Unser Zimmer war geräumig, das Bad großzügig und modern ausgestattet.Der Service sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Matratze des Bettes war sehr weich, sodass ich morgens jeweils mit Rückenschmerzen aufgewacht bin. |

The comfort of the beds, the detail to decor and the large baths everything cost extra such as Wifi, breakfast, car park which is usually fine but not when you spend such a large amount of money per night. Something should be included |

Helpful staff,large comfortable room. Expence of Breakfast. Too expensive and poor value for money. I halso had a complaint about the shower which alternativly was too hot and then too cold making showering impossible. |

Comfortable, luxurious, great location, great personnel, good restaurant tips close by, try The Cafedral. Good, safe public parking nearby. It matches the beautiful city of Brugges. Troubles with the hot water. It did not run out, but it works poorly the beautiful shower. It gets very hot then very cold, constantly, even leaving it in the same position for a while. Bath all right. |

The Dukes Palace is one of the most impressive places I've ever stayed in. It is a truely amazing building, the pictures don't do it justice. The room was fairly spacious with a bed so enormous I could have slept in it sideways (and I'm 6 feet tall). Parking is very very expensive, as is breakfast. Recommend going to the Irish pub down the road for a full fry-up for 12 quid rather than the 30 quid buffet. |

The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in! The room was so very luxurious and quiet that we thought we were the only couple in the entire hotel until we saw the full breakfast room the next morning. Parking and breakfast were a bit expensive. |

All round great hotel, you would be hard pressed to find a hotel of this quality in other city (at least the places i have been) at these rates. Oh, and although brugge is tiny, the location is about as great as it gets. |

Very central location, especially the castle part of the hotel is fabulous to stay, with more than 6 meter high ceilings & many historical features. The breakfast buffet offered less than a standard 4 star hotel - which was quite disappointing. |

Absolutely beautiful hotel; truly 5 stars. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The rooms are beautifully appointed with heated floors in the bathroom, separate tub and shower (the bathroom is the size of some other European hotel rooms we've stayed in!), immaculately clean, great location in the center of Bruges yet secluded and quiet. By far, the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Definitely worth the extra Euro. There was nothing that we did not like about this hotel; everything was wonderful. |
