Highly recomended. From the room quality to the working staff with constant availability. The area around the swimming pool/hammam/sauna should have more support from the Hotel staff. |

The hotel was quite central. Reception personnel very pleasant and wanting to please. Didn't like the fact that you had to pay extra for the parking especially for guests. 30 Euros per person for breakfast is also a bit extreme even for a 5* hotel. |

Location very central, Room facilities excellent, Bar food quite good and reasonably priced Not quite 5 star staff/ service, examples include: missed replacing bath towels ( more than once), missed refilling mini bar, the room cards not set with appropriate access to spa, waiting 45 minutes for a taxi, check out process overly time consuming |

Very nice location. Some rooms have been recently renovated. The internet costs 20 euros per day and even since it says it is supposed to last for 24 hours does not work after check out. Swimming pool is small like 5 meters. |

Comfortable, luxurious, great location, great personnel, good restaurant tips close by, try The Cafedral. Good, safe public parking nearby. It matches the beautiful city of Brugges. Troubles with the hot water. It did not run out, but it works poorly the beautiful shower. It gets very hot then very cold, constantly, even leaving it in the same position for a while. Bath all right. |

The Dukes Palace is one of the most impressive places I've ever stayed in. It is a truely amazing building, the pictures don't do it justice. The room was fairly spacious with a bed so enormous I could have slept in it sideways (and I'm 6 feet tall). Parking is very very expensive, as is breakfast. Recommend going to the Irish pub down the road for a full fry-up for 12 quid rather than the 30 quid buffet. |
