Location down-town. We had a Superior-Standard Room, well equipped with shower and bathtub. Spacious and modern, Parking Service available Female Receptionist spoilt our first 30 minutes due to incompetence. There were 2 paparllel check-ins. 2 couples arriving later were quicker in their rooms than we. No room-key available, after common entrance to our room still 15 minutes without luggage.

My room was beautiful and upgraded. Concierge was most helpful. Service was great. Loved the location too. Spa area was being renovated. Do not like paying for Internet. Would love a coffee pot/tea in my room.

This is is a worthy 5 star hotel, very helpful staff, could not fault it. The meal in the retraurant and service was consistent with the rest of the hotel. We will be back.

The look of the hotel when I booked it but looks can be decieving!!! Everything, it took ages to get served, the rooms were shabby, there was dust everywhere, shower door broken, poor pressure on the bath and shower, would I stay here again no.....

Location. Mostly friendly staff. Beds too soft and it was a drop down bed staff said all beds the same. But could put a board under to stiffen up !! Coffey cold and week at breakfast ,omlette overcooked, staff when told just took it back with no apology. Not what I would expect from a 5star hotel.

It was a great location, excellent service, room and bathroom what I would expect from a Kempinski (excellent), beds very comfortable, reception staff very helpful and recommended a great restaurant The breakfast was very very expensive.

location, restaurant in hotel, not bad choice of whisky in lobby-bar I think this is not 5 stars hotel, 4 is max by my evaluation. Bed linen not changed 4 days. Broken bathroom door in room. Very small pool and smallest sauna and gym. And other little things that make a five-star hotel.

The hotel was beautiful set in a wonderful location the staff were very helpful. I would definety recommend this hotel The breakfast price was a bit high. I wish they had given you other options then the buffet. Probably would have looked for a all inclusive rate.

Luxurious, well - serviced rooms, friendly and efficient staff, central position in Brugges with easy access by car. Parking safe and secure. Concierge service first class. Just perfect place for a relaxing stay. The dining room menu was very limited and repeated over the three days of our stay. The a la carte menu was very pricey.
