Very comfortable, central location and relaxed. Bar lunch was excellent. Reception staff were excellent. Breakfast was poor value for money. Dinner was a disaster. For this class of Hotel and for the money we paid for the room we felt the toiletries were sub standard. |

A brand new hotel, downtown Brugges. The staff are all very young and quite inexperienced, we got the impression the management were too... |

Hotel staff were really polite and helpful. Everything is there, clean room, beautiful garden, walking distance to the heart of the city, etc. |

Excellent Hotel a luxurious haven close to the centre - Great Short Break City A little pricey (especially food) but then you would expect that in a five star establishment. |

The peace and quiet. The spa was wonderful. The hotel staff were very friendly and pleasant and very helpful. We booked this hotel because it had a special rate ' last three rooms' super double etc. Compared to other hotels in Bruges at the time, it seemed a reasonable deal. However, it was very expensive because of the exchange rate Euro to the Pound Sterling. |

The hotel is beautiful, in a perfect location and the staff was outstanding. I asked for a quiet room on the top floor and received it. Everyone, from the doorman to the housekeeping staff were extremely accomodating. I received room service within ten minutes of my call in the morning. I can't say enough about the excellent service I received during my stay. |

Very beautiful and comfortable hotel. The hotel staffs were kind. I'd like to stay in this hotel again in the future. The hotel has a very big well equipped bathroom, but hot water wasn't hot enough. It was a little bit cold to take bath. |

Room, hotel staff, breakfast, parking - spa facilties, basically the total concept. Spa facilities were excellent however it was very noisy with children and people were constantly checking the place out with their boots on! There was no staff available to monitor this. Moreover the sauna and steam bath were out of order the entire weekend. Also the shower in the hotel room was leaking. As a result the entire bathroom was floating with water. |

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel. We brought two of our children that were allowed to stay in our room and the hotel decided to give us an upgrade to a suite. This is what hospitality should read like in the dictionary. |
