Kempinski Hotel Dukes Palace  

Hotel mieści się w przepięknym budynku, 5 minut spacerem od rynku. Standard w pełni odpowiada 5ciu gwiazdkom. Znakomita restauracja. Nieduże, ale przyjemne spa z małym basenem (sauna czynna już od 7 rano!) w cenie pokoju.

śNiadanie - nawet jak na 5cio gwiazdkowy hotel bardzo drogie - ponad 30 Euro za osobę - choć trzeba przyznać, że menu bogate.

We ordered food in the restaurant wasn't a big selection waited ages for food but didn't get it all together had to ask 3 times ordered sauce which was cold it never got changed even thought we asked it was taken off the bill but would rather have paid and enjoyed the meal but apart from that the hotel was great

There is nothing that it would be desirable to change, except for double write-off for a breakfast the last day of accommodation

We enjoyed the atmostphere of the hotel setting and the facilities. As it was raining on our arrival we decided to try the afternoon tea and to our surprise it was very relaxing and peaceful. We are also very happy that we got upgraded to a Suite. This was the second time we have been upgraded. The last time was during our stay in Kempinski St Moritz in Sept 2011. Our dining experience was also very good and the gentleman serving us made us very good recommendation for our dinners. We really have a very nice time during our 2 nights stay at the hotel.

Location , arhitecture, garden of Kempinski i like it a lot.

i choose Kempinski for 4 days ,as a surprise for my husband 40 anniversery. I booked a superior room , and they give us a small , small room! But i insisted and they change it....into a bigger one. I asked for a birthday cake(for 2) for my husband and i get a 2 cookies. Even i told reception several times the purpose of our visit... no reactions , no Happy Birthday! But ...the city is nice, quiet, romantic!And ...Kempinski hotel also. Employes comes and goes....

Nice and understanding staff, good environment, very clean, comfort. Good services, Kempinski Duke palace in Brugge, is one of the best hotels I have stayed. Next trip to Brugge, I will definitely go to Kempinsky Duke palace again.

Excellent hotel for a romantic stay. The ambience takes you to the atmosphere of a luxury medieval castle.

Tried to book a massage for the next day and it was fully booked. By the price they charge, it should have more people working on the Spa.

The hotel was luxurious with a friendly atmospher. It was conveniently situated to the centre of Bruges. We arrived in the evening and the first sight of Kemplinski illuminated with outside lights was breath- taking. The service on arrival was efficient and courteous and this remained so throughout the stay. We hope to stay at the hotel again next year.

The location is perfect, the room was absolutely fantastic, very comfortable and clean, and quiet. Excellent service. We had a wonderful time, and will definitely stay at Kempinski again.

The parking is pricey (30 euro per day), but you can park in one of the public underground parking lots for 8,40 euro per day (we used 't Zand, a few blocks away).
