Restaraunt Closed on weekends. Not so good when working on weekend. Very Small bathtub.
I liked the large spacious room, lovely and quiet, just what I needed after a long drive.
Breakfast wasn't great. Very limited and felt the price of the room was a bit more than I could justify for this particular Hotel.
Second time of staying. Would book again. Ideal location for the expo
Bed very comfy
Rude staff dirty slept in beds little present left for me in the toilet ripped curtains shower took ten minutes to heat they had a restraunt but couldn't be bothered to open it probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in
Clean and tidy Nice breakfast with plenty of choice
Lack of staff Limited room facilities e.g. no tea making facilities
Reception and staff were very helpful Breakfast was extremely good with a good range of food Bar and public areas modern and well maintained Ample parking Hotel restaurant 5 minutes walk to the Expo and about 20-25 minutes to the city center. Bus line runs from Expo but did not seem to be often. The city has some excellent restaurants
Breakfast staff were off hand and did not get offered coffee/tea Bedroom was small (think Ibis small), and expensive for what you got. Bathroom also small. Away from the public areas the hotel was in need of renovation and updates Whilst the hotel is great for the Expo it is an 18 euro taxi ride to the city center Except for the hotel restaurant and bar, there is no where close by to eat - so factor in a long walk or 40 euro for taxi to and from the city
Big room and bathroom. Decent breakfast menu with a large selection of breads etc. That is, if you show up early. By 8 o'clock, many of the bread baskets were empty and didn't get a refill. Location is perfect if you want to go the Xpo. But it's literally located on the outskirts of the town (think one of the last buildings). There's not much nearby in terms of shops or restaurants.
A part of the carpet baseboard had fallen off and lay in the exact same spot on the floor for the entire stay (3 nights). The cleaning staff must have vacuumed around it. Bathroom door handle was loose and felt like it would come off entirely at any moment. Air condition works but is very noisy. Tea and coffee making facilities (aka a water cooker) present, but didn't get refills of the tea I used. Free wifi, but very unreliable. The hotspot sometimes disappears entirely, you have to log in again a lot. The lack of attention to details like that (which could easily be fixed) makes me wonder about the management of the hotel.
location nearby xpo was perfect
a bit worn and outdated
I got this time smoking room with better exclusive looking and nicer room than last time. Very clean, friendly staff, very good soft bed, minibar. Plenty of space for this price in room.
The breakfast ha little choices. I would like to have something coocked for breakfast but only brood and cereals. But there is open shop from 7. o'clock, they got warm brood and it comes cheaper than those that served in the restaurant.
the staff are friendly, good bad, location
cleanless, the cleaning lady do not clean good
Proximity to fair grounds
A bit rundown
very nearby the fairground but complete away from the nice city
persons from non-northern countries should consider that the ideas when to have dinner differs ! There they start in the afternoon and a 9.30 kitchen tend to close....
Location. Very close to the expo. Clean, great staff, great food. Rooms are good, beds too. Breakfast is good too.
Bathroom and bed was clean.
We booked this hotel because we wanted to be able to check in anytime. The 24h check in was clearly stated on the booking. Check in was smooth but the receptionist was rude about check out at 6 am a day later. He said check out was at 7 am and that we had only paid for 1 night even though we got 2. Which was not our fault. Plus there was no free internet as advertised. They cannot complain about checkout and checkin if they advertise themselves wrong.
Old/basic furnitures, small room but I paid a very low price. Awning in the bath tub.
It's a nice environment to stay during a business trip.
It's very basic.
The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff
The unsafe condition of the electrics in the bathroom
Proximity to iper and access to freeways
- Bad cleaning of the room with a lot of «strange» hair... - Most of TV channels didn't work
efficiency of the reception staff
Room very basic. Lacked coffee making faclities and the layout of the room meant that the mirror was tucked away in a dark corner, making if difficult to put make up on and style hair. Bathroom was so small it was hard to sit on the toilet without something fixed to the wall jabbing into the side of you. There was no hot water in the eveing so could only have a cold shower. Hot water returned in the morning.
Wifi worked well, buffet breakfast was varied. Coffee ok. Fixed price menu good but repetitive. .. perhaps a small selection on a special board would be a good alternative to 3 course meal?
Restaurant lacked atmosphere, perhaps some background music would lighten it up a bit.
The staff is excellent, we stay here because of the staff. They remember you if you return and are prompt to fulfill any request. And because the food is always good and reasonably priced. Good lounge and bar area.
Rooms and bathrooms are quite small. But I still think the Kennedy is a 10.
Good services. Nice breakfast and bar.
Small rooms, not a lot of space.
Location near the EXPO
Price a bit high
AS very impersonal hotel. Staff really could not care less used by commercial folk who are obviously not paying for the accommodation. Would not stay there again
