Old crappy furniture, way overpriced hotel. Compare for example Hotel De Keyser which for the same price is like from a different planet. |

I stay there for the 3rd time as I am absolutely satisfied for my money. The stuff is very cooperative. The position in the City center makes another advantage. No reason for any unsatisfaction. |

Elevator did not work. We had to climb three floores all the time. No tea coffee facitlities , neither shampoo and bath cap in the bathroom. |

The staff was very helpful. The location was great, just a 10 minute walk (with luggage) from the train station (Centraal). |

room basic but clean.. suit singles or young couples staff very friendly and gave good information on what to doi in Antwerp received complementary box of choclates on arrival ..nice touch |
