Brugge is a wonderful city with so much to offer ~ so the hotel you stay in doesn't really matter. This is a very budget hotel with staff that really act like they don't want to be there. The room had pieces of the ceiling falling out, the bedding had not been changed from the person before and there were wires exposed all over the place. |

Breakfast and location were good and the price was ok for the area. It was unseasonably hot outside and also inside and it is not a good place for hot weather. The screen was not in the window (but was found in the closet) and the bugs vicious. Having one window there is no cross breeze in the room we had. The room condition was acceptable but many of the facilities are in need of updating. |

Hotels staff's kindness and attention + hotel's localisation in the heart of the city center + hotel's facilities The shower + the room's carpet and the painting on walls were a bit old. |

Great location and very cheap. We stayed in the apartment room and it was so hot, and when we opened the window on one side to get airflow mosquitoes poured in. While I was trying to kill them I noticed how many stains on the ceiling there were from others doing the same thing. All of us (especially my baby and kids) left the hotel with tons of bites. The carpet, sheets, and bedding were all very old and stained (dirty looking). The cushions on the couch were even stained and appeared dirty. |

Location of the hortel is just great. Staff is absolutely customer focused and friendly. The atmosphere is romantic, and the overall environment is quite authentic. Airconditioning and dark curtains might help to improve the quality of the stay, but these are minor details |

Very comfortable and spacious room. Excellent location, couldn't be better for walking around the various sights in Bruges. Staff very friendly and accomodating. Will definitely stay here again when we return to Bruges. |

I belive it is imposible to find a better location than this hotel. Right in the middle of the city. The space in the apartment and a lovely terrace. The breakfast was excelent. The apartment stink, smell like piss. The sheets on the beds are very old. The parking space was smelly. I would try and stay again, but just in a room (not in the apartment where families use to bring young childrens) |

It was very central and the appartment was spacious. It was not top-top-modern, but it was indeed functional, clean and very nice, with a well equipped kitchenette and it had a big flat screen TV. The breakfast included most you would need, but we missed the vegatables and they did only serve it between 8 and 10, which is a bit bad service, we think. Driving in Brugge is really horrendous! |

Bed comfort was ok. Amenities with full kitchen were good if you needed. Hotel did not have A/C. Problem is noise next to a bar with the windows open at night is quite noisy. We think we might have received bed bug bites. |

The central situation and garage parking were the hotel's main advantages. There was a pervasive smell of rubbish bins in the street outseide the hotel. |

Staff was willing and helpful to switch us to another room when we mentioned the original room had a slight smell. Continental breakfast was included and it was excellent. There is a sewer odor coming from the street side which impacts some, but not all of the rooms. Staff people seem busy with little time for your questions. Rooms were not ready on arrival at 17 although check in time was 15. |

The proximity to the town centre. I was clean, tidy, friendly and convenient. Although it was good to find out that there was a private carpark, it was very hard to access and looked more like a underground building site. At least the car was secure, all it being in a tight space. |
