Excellent location just yards from main square, with secure parking.

I liked that your staff called me to tell me the parking was no longer available and then recommended a moderately priced alternative nearby.

We visited Bruges to attend a Europa League football match. It was well situated in the heart of the town with parking at a reasonable price. The room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. All the staff were curteous and helpful throughout our stay. Many thanks to all. Keep Right On - BCFC

The location was good as it was central. Easy to find.. It was clean and comfortable. We had a nice stay there even tho' it was only for one night. We wouldn't call the room superior. It is just what we would expect from a standard room in Britain.

We were sorry for the couple next door to us who'd had an allarming experience the previous night. The ajoining door between the rooms had been left unlocked and a woman sufferring with a mental condition had burst in while the lady was in the bath. Well if that had happened to us I would have died from a heart attack!! That couple should be well compensated.

The room we were allocated was large clean and in keeping with the rest of the hotel the windows did not have a view of anything but the walls opposite,we were however only 50 yards from markt square an ideal base from where we could see sights of Brugge the reception in the hotel would put you off staying if you happened to walk to see if they had a vacant room.breakfast was reasonable but I don`t recommend eating in the restaurant for dinner,very basic the car park is not easy to enter or leave and very dirty and untidy

Location, bike rental, not expensive, polite staff.

Bad reception, far ambients and not well organized inside the hotel, bad breakfast, awful parking. The site shows a totally different thing, much better than real.

Very close to the Grot Markt excellent helpful staff and the restaurant (only tried the Bar restaurant) had good food.

I liked the location, steps away from the center of the city and the general ambiance of the hotel, it's different and unique. The breakfast buffet was excellent! The staff was very helpful.

The rooms were nicely clean but some common areas need a bit more care. I had the impression the hotel is understaffed. I was surprised with the size of the rooms, they appear to be larger in the pictures posted in booking.com.

The rooms do not resemble the pictures offered.

Location

Room was not clean. Dusty. Brown streaks on toilet wall. Our room/apartment was over a bar on the site of the hotel but not part of the hotel. Bar guests extremely loud until very late, impossible to sleep. Hotel guests in the next room (Eastern European first night, Spanish speaking next night) also extremely loud. We were 4, but there were so many beds that you could not get to the bathroom without hurting your shins. I put one on the beds and one of the tables to the side and the staff just put them back again although we were staying another night.

Staff friendly excellent location. Free WiFi and great tv channels!

Pipes noisy at night room a little dark and breakfast too basic for price.

The staff were very helpful, and were able to speak very good English. good atmosphere and very informative. A treat to supply a bike for visiting the city. A+++ Highly recommended
