Central location walking distance from railway station, easy to find, can leave luggage before and after check in/out, reasonably priced, breakfast included. Right next to the Belfry where we went to the Beer festival. Furnishings in room quite 'tired', no staff spoke at breakfast to explain anything. |

Location and friendly staff made it bearable Incorrect room was initially allocated and then a family room had to be allocated. It was large but basic. Parking is secure but in a seedy cellar area with poor access and water dripping through and wild cats living there. |

The location of this hotel is unbeatable and the facilities more than adequate. The bike hire was extremely reasonable and a brilliant way of seeing Bruges. Excellent breakfast buffet. Even in November mosquitoes are a problem in Bruges - though hardly the hotel's fault. Take some insect repellent and/or after bite. |

The location was excellent. We were hastled about wanting to check in late. We were driving from Bavaria, Germany afterwork and were told that we shouldn't stop to eat along the way (7.5 hr drive) because we needed to arrive earlier. We were also hastled about paying. In order to book the hotel with booking, we gave our credit card number. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 times they asked us to pay for our room!! We refused to pay until after we stayed both nights. We're not sure what the problem was since they had a credit card on file. It was annoying and rude. |

location and breakfast. i felt safe to park my car in their territory. booked a superior room, but i didn't find any good there. the room had no ventilator (maybe the one in the bath room but didn't work), so the was wet and moist. 2 heaters were on the wall but didn't work, instead, very old aircon-like was there, but smell bacteria when i turned it on. luckily, that was not so cold night, so we could survive without. i called 10 before the reception closed, but novody answered. |

Hotel in the center and can be easily walk and visit the city. Fit into the neighborhood during the night is quiet for sleeping. Price and comfort are appropriate. |

The hotel has an excellent location, literally 1 min from the main square. The hotel does have its own parking but at 20 euros local car parks are cheaper. The rooms are sufficient - we had no complaints at all - compared to other hotels this hotel with a quad room was good value. Nightmare to find but that's the same for any hotel in Bruges!! People have reported before that the rooms were not great but to be honest this is a 3 star hotel, our room was absolutely fine we were there one night and the location and breakfast was perfect. If you want 5 star then you need to pay double the price. Good Value, Great Location. |

The room was quiet, clean and with relatively nice view to the clock tower. The breakfast, included in the room price, was very good. Excellent location, at few tenth of meters from the central place of the historical center. Very small room. General aspect of old, worn hotel. Some bad smell around the hotel. It was a challenge to to find the breakfast location the first time (even the second). |

The location. Right downtown in the middle os everything. The room was adequate but not what I expected, with the broken bathroom light fixed with clear plastic tape ansd the really cheesy design. I requested a parking space and was told when I arrived that there were only 9 slots available and they were all taken. I even requested a parking space and told them it was imperative I have some where to park. I also requested a notification if they could not accomodate this request. None was given. |

The hotel is just off of the main square in Brugges so is very convenient for the budget traveller. The staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was excellent and certainly exceeded our expectations. Brugges is quite expensive for a large family and this was the most reasonably priced hotel that we could find. The room was aging and didn't smell very good at all. The staff sprayed deodorizer but that really didn't help. |

The location, just off the Grotte Markt, was fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was a bit quirky, with the breakfast room in the cellar, and it had a very nice atmosphere, |

Location was excellent, and having the bike rental right there and the option to break up a 24 hour rental over 2 days was excellent. There's also a discount on the bike rental for those staying in the hotel. It's run-down and not that clean. The bed was comfortable enough, but it looked like the mattresses were more than a decade old. If they updated and kept it cleaner, this would be a fine place to stay because you can't get much closer to the center of Brugge without being on the square. Breakfast was very good and provided a variety of options, regardless of what country you were from. |

The room was good and had doors opening out onto a small courtyard. The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. The location was perfect, right in the centre of Bruges. Getting to it by car would be difficult be parked in the central public car park and walked the last half mile - which was far easier. |

The location was absolutely superb - right next to the Belfry! We couldn't believe how close it was to everything, and for the price it was certainly good value. We will be going back. |
