The location was great and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Any request we made was handled promptly. Breakfast was really good and we loved that as we could keep going until dinner except for a chocolate break or two!

The actual rooms in the hotel bear no resemblance whatsoever to the ones they show on this website. When I pointed this out (after having paid in advance for 2 nights) they shrugged their shoulders. The shower room was like a portaloo at a festival. A cupboard fell off the wall when I opened it to get a pillow and nearly caused serious injury to me - and they have still not responded to my complaint about this. I do not recommend that you stay here even if you are on a budget. Though £176 for 2 nights is not exactly a bargain.

We lived in the 2rooms apartment. However, the puctures on the photo do not correspond to the reality! It was very very poor, the conditions are of living do not worth the money.

I booked this hotel due to the decent price for a four person room, and great location right by the main market. We traveled with young children and they had a great time, breakfast was worth eating, great little pub attached to the hotel. 9 Euro parking garage underground just down the street, great staff, very helpful and friendly!

The room is fairly old, not the cleanest but nothing really major that I noticed to be a big deal. Carpets are a little old and the coffee table was probably the most unclean thing I had noticed, bathroom was nice, clean towels. The hallway to the room is narrow stairs and makes you kinda nervous just because it is an old building but I would definitely stay here again when in Brugge.

My internal door didn't lock. As it was too late for someone to fix it, I was given a new room. I went from cheapest room to best with no charge and no fuss.

My original room was in the annex which is a seperate building down a slightly lit lane, it's Brugge not the Bronx but was a little off putting for a female solo traveller.

Excellent location just next to the Belfort and 2 minutes from the main square. Very good value for money, especially with breakfast included which was also very good.

This was the best priced Quad room in Brugge and was very nice. The breakfast was superb as well.
