Excellent location just yards from main square, with secure parking.

the location is the best point. We can go shopping/sightseeing and return hotel and shopping again several times a day :)

Good price, excellent location. All we needed for a 1 night stay.

Room was a bit small as was the bathroom (in the eaves). Probably wouldn't choose it for a romantic hotel location but it was ideal for a lads weekend.

Small but very good hotel. Staff was very gentle and gave all the information I was looking for. Excellent location. Rooms are small but very clean and quiet.

Top location, right next to the belfry in the market square. Outstanding breakfast. Bike hire included in room rate was a great bonus as Brugge is great place to ride around, especially starting from the square where this hotel is located.

The Hotel has position as it is right in Brugge. The staff were really helpful and breakfast is very good selection / value for money.

The Hotel is very tired and needs a complete renovation. Our first room "Annexe 504" was very damp and musty and is right beside a Bar. The room is not soundproofed so it was like having the drinkers with you in our room so you have no chance of getting to sleep until the Bar closes and all of the drinkers go home. The next day we were moved to another room right away from the Annex Bar area. Matresses are not good, carpet is in need of replacing, no security safe in room / office, paint / fixtures and fittings are tired and in need of replacement. For the position it is a shame that the Hotel has not received the care and attention it requires.

The location and the stuff were amazing - have nothing more to add, perfect 10.

The bed was doubled bed(even though we've been told it is a king size one). Sheets & towels were not changed on daily basics.

They wanted 12 euros a day for the parking, no other parking facitlies nearby (although this is pretty much the same for any central Bruges hotel), outside patio was greatly underused with odd bits and pieces lying around. A few nice tables and chairs wouldn't have gone amiss.

We liked the location very much and the amenities: pub and restaurants nearby and part of the hotel's accomodations. We were able to check in early and the hotel kept our luggage the next day until we were ready to leave town.

Private parking available, which is good news in Bruges although it was a bit cramped. Breakfast very good. Staff helpful. Room clean. Ideal location for town centre.

Put in to a loft conversion up 3 or 4 flights of stairs, No elevator. Not ideal. Fitted with adjoining twin beds of which the inner one was difficult to get in or out of.

The breakfast buffet was amazing, location great.

We were in the annexe which was very tatty and none too clean and although the bed was comfy, it was very basic.I can't comment on the actual hotel as we didn't see it.

The position and the car place (even if quite expensive).

Extremely basic room with old furniture, no minibar, small bathroom with no shower (just a small tub). Quality level definitely not worth the price you pay for one night, even if the position is obviously perfect.
