Doskonała lokalizacja, czystość, dobra cena, parking wewnątrz hotelu, miła obsługa, bardzo dobre śniadanie.

Położenie hotelu tzn. bezpośrednie sąsiedztwo starówki. Smaczne śniadanie.

Parking, brrudny, trudno dostępny i niestety trzeba zostawić kluczyki od auta w recepcji. Nieprzyjemny zapach w pokoju,

Character of hotel, breakfast room/breakfast. Location.

Confirmed parking available twice, On arrival told the space given to an existing guest, this is not acceptable. I spent hours trying to find a space as the alternative was full all day. When I mentioned it to the desk staff he smiled and told me it gets busy this time of year. This is why I booked it!!!!

The bed was very comfortable, the staff were all very helpful, the breakfast was excellent and having lock up parking provided a feeling of security.The food in De Witte Raaf was very good.

The room was rather small and needed updating. Some of the food in the Brasserie Strijderhuis was poor.The management were informed and they noted the complaint but no redress was received.

Relaxed atmosphere, lovely staff, location could not be better. Please don't change hotel by updating.

I thought that all all my stay at Bruges would be ruined by the greedy welcome that I received upon my late arrival ("pay for all your stay immediately and in cash"; it was almost 23h and it was difficult looking for an other hotel), but next day when I walked a few steps away from the hotel, I could see its great location, with one of Bruges' most beautiful squares just behind the corner.

Upon my late arrival (23h), at the reception I found a guy (looking and dealing as if he was the hotel owner) that wanted to be paid immediately and in cash for all my stay. He did not even try to check whether the hotel credit card reader accepted my american express, and said that my credit card was "good to withdraw cash from the bank, but not to pay his hotel". Because of him I remained short of cash for all my stay in Bruges. Following days I found that other people at the hotel reception accepted without problems credit cards for payments. In any case the hotel description on booking.com declares that the hotel accepts american express. One face of the pillow in my room had a greysh colour that remembered many old times customers

The location and price paid were excellent. The staff were very friendly too and gave us all the information needed for a sightseeing trip of Bruges

The location of this hotel is unbeatable and the facilities more than adequate. The bike hire was extremely reasonable and a brilliant way of seeing Bruges. Excellent breakfast buffet.

Even in November mosquitoes are a problem in Bruges - though hardly the hotel's fault. Take some insect repellent and/or after bite.
