Hotel L'auberge Du Souverain  

The hotel was clean, stuff friendly. Location is far from the city center but it was perfect for us as we visited Brussels for going to a theatre which is located in the same area. Later we took a walk in this neighbourhood and I must say this was first time when I liked Brussels. If you go there then try to park on Souverain street as in the small streets it is difficult to find a parking place.

It was cheap and had acceptable conditions

The 3 beds in the triple room were packed the one next to the other and had nothing to do with the pictures. The room was very small. I would suggest it only if you are in a really tight budget

Cheap hotel, friendly staff, reasonable breakfast

Poor sound-proofing between the rooms, was being renovated when I stayed. Parking may be an issue during the week if you do not posess a blue disc.

Staff was friendly.

Too expensive for what it was. Quite old and tacky.

Watermael-Boitsfort hat seine Reize. Anbindung mit dem öffentlichen Nahverkehr zufrieden stellend (allerdings kann man sein Auto nicht stehen lassen, S. U.).

Badezimmer ungeheizt und kalt. Warmes Wasser mit ganz erheblicher Verzögerung. Zu meinen Filtern bei der Hotelsuche: Parken vor dem Hotel zwar öffentlich und kostenlos, aber auf zwei Stunden am Stück begrenzt (Parkscheibe). W-lan schwach.

Zdvořilý a profesionálně se usmívající personál. Pouze 7 min chůze od místa jednání v BIBM

Pochybuji, že používají pravidelně vysavač. Pokoj byl přetopený a radiátor nebylo možné regulovat. Ze sprchy tekla pouze až nepříjemně horká voda (rozbitý ventil). V době mého pobytu probíhala rekonstrukce ale úklidu nebyla věnována odpovídající péče, všude plno prachu. V objektu je provozována indická restaurace, čemuž však není přizpůsobena ventilace. Kompenzace zápachu z kuchyně parfémy byla dosti obtěžující.

Les chambres entièrement rénovées au style Indien très chaleureux. La situation très calme malgré le Boulevard proche , le petit lac bucolique à proximité , la facilité de Parking L'accueil et la cuisine traditionnelle Hindoue exquise dans un restaurant typique superbement aménagé. J' y retourne demain pour en profiter mieux

Les chambres viennent d'être transformées et il reste encore des traces des travaux notamment dans les escaliers et les couloirs. Des matelas entravaient les escaliers ce qui aurait pu être dangereux en cas d'incendie ou d'évacuation d'urgence. Je pense cependant que cela n'est qu'une question de jours avant que tout soit parfait

En travaux, escaliers encombré, ascenseur accessible par des marches, compliqué pour les bagages.

Situation à 2 Km du métro (bus dans la rue) , quartier résidentiel tranquille et agréable à proximité de Parcs. Petit déjeuner correct (suplèment de 6 €) . Gentillesse de la dame présente la journée en semaine.

Etablissement en travaux ! des fils éléctriques sortent des murs !. Mérite tout juste les 2 étoiles. Stationnement : attention zone résidentielle à disque bleu (limitée à 2 h dans la journée). Utilisation du wifi Déplorable et innexploitable.

met recht 2*, €75,- p/n eigenlijk te veel. verder weinig op aan te merken. vriendelijk personeel, spreekt weldegelijk engels en frans. kamer op de 4e verdieping (zolder) niet aan te raden! kamers op 2 en 3 verdieping OK. Hoewel de beschrijving "junior suite" wat overdone is.. Indiaas restaurant blijkbaar populair, eten best aardig als je van pikant houdt.
