good location in a clean and green neighborhood near Brussels... large and comfortable rooms... suitable for travelers who wish to move around in Belgium and stay in a nice location at the outskirts of the capital especially those who have cars)...
no lift... hotel located on the top of an Indian restaurant so you'll have to cope with the smells of spices all the time... loose entrance and the guests have to ring the bell and wait for the reception to open the door each time they need to enter the hotel...
comfy bed. Would only say for short stays !-3 nights)
very narrow stairs, safe didn't work, asked for it to be fixed but didn't happen
Free parking, breakfast was good
Cleanliness was poor, outdated TV model in room, too much clutter in hallways
Nice location (just opposite park), friendly staff
Hot water in shower was too hot! Could not turn down the temperature.
Very good bathroom
The carpets are bad for the allergies
Big rooms, tranquillity of the position, nice immediate surroundings, friendly staff, good breakfast
Wifi not working, moquette under the beds is uncleaned, narrow stairway to the rooms
Very weak Wi-Fi stream Room was not being cleaned during the stay
This was my third visit to this hotel. It is in a quiet, lovely, residential area, that is accessible by tram. There is on street parking and several restaurants nearby. It was the first time I tried one (the kitchen in the hotel had closed when we arrived), because I always eat at the hotel. The Indean food is excellent!
Not all the rooms have been refurbished. It is not a boutique hotel - and does not claim to be. Our room was by the elevator, we heard other guests arrive in the night. The automatic lights on the stairs took a bit too long to come on. The coffee in the morning was a bit weak for our tastes. We have no serious complaints. The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, the food is good.
Good location, exellent breakfast, nice and very helpfull stuf, very clean and quite , for me was first time but will not be last time! Great for that price!
Helpful and friendly staff, big clean room.
Very kind and nice hotel!
- old worn down furniture (including bedding) - room smelled of cigarettes (non-smoking room) - wifi connection very poor - room was cold (inadequate heating)
There was no heating in the room and the shower was not working.
Free parking, quietly
I booked the room was occupied. I was given another without warning or apology. No bathroom, only shower cubicle without lights. The feeling that you live in the pantry. The washstand is very small near the bed, not even brush your teeth.
Price was fair for the city.
Air conditioner still not working. Extremely hot in room (end of October) Windows next to staircase which means you cannot open it due to security reasons. I had a parking space but it seem to be the only one in front of the building.
nice location near forest
Very friendly staff, good location and quit
Cleaning needs to improve, breakfast needs improvments and service.
The staff are soo friendly, helpful, and the indian resturant is great.
Rooms are good for 1 person but i think it will not be comfortable for two persons
Dirty and overpriced.
Very friendly staff. Parking did not cost anything.
I had to climb up very narrow stairs to get to the room in the attic (the lift did not go that high). The shower was in a shower closet, where you could not hang a towel, so you had to step on the carpet to get your towel left on the bed.
The big room. Nice looking bathroom.
The parking is close by, but not convenient. The lift is not really possible to use, as it goes not on all floors. The construction nearby in progress - very noisy.
Cleanliness of room Clean linen and very good pillows Staff were willing and kind
We had booked a triple room (3 adults) and were given a double room which would have been very nice for 2 adults but was cramped for three. We were told we could look at others but that the triple room on the website was occupied by four people - which I felt was not our problem. Very high temperatures and no air con (as specified on the website). On request, staff did find us a fan on the second night which was a god-send. Told that engineers were due to fix the air con on the day we checked out ... not sure I believed that.
It right above a nice Indian restaurant (in fact it's run by the same people). It's in a beautiful suburban neighborhood and just a 20 min walk to the European commission buildings.
The hotel is decent 3 stars at best. I don't understand where the 5 stars come from.
nearby a nice forest, good internet connection.
Reception looks like an abandonded house. The halls are narrow and dirty with missing paint and flickering lights. The rooms (junior suite) look nice enough, but once you get settled you find problems such as: NO HOT WATER! The airco does not work. The room stinks from the indian food restaurant downstairs. Noise from the kitchen can be heard after 12 midnight. No iron in room or available from "reception". Noise from roads outside. No comforter, only woolen blankets. However, I would never stay here again!
