Excellent location close to Grote Markt, very pleasant and helpfull staff. At the rate we received hotel was good value for a city centre location. Standard double room was very small. |

Very friendly and helpfull staff. Breakfast good. Location excellent, very close to major sights. Quite for sleeping at night. Room could be larger, however it did contain all required for enjoyable stay. |

The location was perfect! Located near every tourist site. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The bathroom was big but the sleeping room was so small there was nowhere to put your bags. Even our modest backpacks. |

The hotel staff were so very nice and helpful. Location was great - in the center of Brussels but still quiet neighborhood. The hotel reception was inside this nice inner courtyard - which gave a bit of quiet feeling. Breakfast was included and it was adequate for morning meal. The only thing missing was good TV reception and internet. We could not use computer/wireless phone with internet.Otherwise, everything was just great. |

Hotel staff are friendly and can speak English. Clean room and bathroom. Close to downtown. Secure and safe street. TV was not tuned at all, so even the TV machine was fine, there was nothing to see. Traffic starts very early on weekday morning. If you get a street facing room and want to sleep in, it may be a concern. |

Excellent location for sightseeing, especially for the first-timer to Brussels. It is really close to the tourist information office in Grand-Place and the famous Manneken Pis. Very good breakfast buffet. There was no shower curtain nor bath mat. The room I stayed was clean and calm, but rather dark. |

The hotel is centrally located - a few blocks from the Grand Place and around the corner of the Mannequin Pis. The standard rooms are extremely small! There was very little room to walk around the bed. The rooms seems a bit musty, we had to open the windows to let in fresh air. There was no AC and it was quite hot during the middle of May. |

We rented 2 rooms for 2 nights (5/12-14/09). The staff were extremely courteous, the rooms were quite clean, and the breakfast was wonderful. The walls between rooms were thin, so you could hear your neighbors. Fortunately, everyone seemed to go to bed at a reasonable our, so we were never kept up (although we were awaken earlier than desired!). |
