Friendly staff, great breakfast! Clean and bright rooms. Lovely stay!

The bed was theist comfortable bed I have slept in while on vacation! It was a great location and only a short distance to the Grand Place! When we were leaving in the morning Guiseppe gave us a bag of fresh croissants for the drive tothe Netherlands and I thought that was such a nice thing to do! I would stay here again if I ever returned!

It was difficult to find, we parked at the parking Panorama garage and it took us 20 minutes to find the place while we were walking around with our luggage! However you realize it's only a tiny walk once your going in the right direction!

Brilliant location, clean, comfortable and cosy room and great to have breakfast included.

Very central, quiet, comfy bed, good breakfast and very kind and helpful staff. Fortunate to find this place and get back for sure.

Thin walls, a little cold sometimes in the room

we stayed on ground floor, the front door had to be slammed to shut and lock it, the lock was stiff, which could be a problem for people with hand problems and with staying on ground floor it was noisy when people shut the door

Mario was very friendly. He gave us some great recomendations, most of which we followed. The rooms were very clean, the bathroom was also very nice and the towels luxurious. You can tell that Mario took care picking every detail in the rooms - from the ergonomic pillows, to the beautigul vintage armoire. The location is great as there are many restaurants near by and the Gran Place is a short walk.

The popery smell in my mother's room was very strong. So much so that it gave her a bit of a headache. We found the popery dispenser and moved it to the closet and all was well! There are a lot of little bits and bobs that need long explanations (like the coffee machine that is a bit complicated, old door with a funny lock, and the TV controlers that must be turned on in a certain sequence). Sometimes when you travel you are tired and you just want to rest and to have to sit through long instructions can be tiring. It is an easy fix as everything else at the B&B is fantastic. My only other gripe would be the thin walls, but this can't be helped.

It is a good value for money B&B. In the middle of the city centre but just in a back street so no problems with the noice. It looked all new (some finishing touches were still missing), clean rooms, superb beds, fresh breakfast with (chololate) croissants. Friendly people who are running the place. They are not there 24 hours a day but you get the key to the kitchen so you can make your own tea/coffee.

Clean room, informative and welcoming staff, central location, good showers, allowed to leave luggage and collect it later.

Room was uncomfortably hot (even with the radiators off and the windows open in the middle of December!), rooms were basic rather than minimalist and felt half finished. Odd smell in the bathroom (drains?).

The owners were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. The decor was modern and the room was clean and stylish. The location was perfect as it was just a 5 minute walk to the main square.

We had a wonderful stay in this little Bed & Breakfast. The price they offered was unbeatable for a period when it seemed that all hotel prices have rocketed in Bruxelles. It is very centrally located, on a narrow, peaceful street near the Bourse de Bruxelles and Grand Place. The room was small and basic, but very clean and the sheets were magnificent. They also have a breakfast buffet included in the price (boiled eggs, pastry products, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, milk and coffee), which was a really nice touch. The owners were very friendly and willing to help; as we had a late flight they let us leave the luggage in the B&B's hall and gave us the key to the building as they were not there in the afternoon.

The staff was very nice. They let us leave the luggages for the whole day after the check out. Also you can go in the kitchen for coffee or tea whenever you want. The room was really clean and very nice, so was the toilet. A little bit small but with everything you could need. Free wifi in the room and tv sat! They are italian, therefore it is very recommended for italians who don't speak very well english or french (which of course they both speak!!). Also it is very close to the train station and the Grand Place!

Like all the exposed wood

The location is great! The Grote Markt is only in 5-10 min working from the hotel. Also there is a large Anspach boulevard near it. Pietro and Guiseppe were very helpful! We liked the breakfast, coffe, baking, ham, jogurt, cheese, eggs, cornflakes - everything we need. We had double-stage number, it wasn't big, but rather nice. The bad was overcomfortable )).

The bathroom is clean and new, but the shower cabin is not much comfortable. It was not a big trouble, though. There was an old cupboard in our room, but it was so ancient that it was impossible to use it.

We stayed in a second floor room in house number 5 which had just been refitted - a very smart room with wonderful bedding and towels and a view of a garden. The old building has been very well restored. The breakfast was very good with a reasonable choice. As others have said, there is no lift and a small staircase.

Do not be put off by the street outside - it is just the last 30metres that is a bit rough, but the location is great. It is 50m from the Bourse and 5 minutes walk to the Grand Place - so is ideally placed for the city centre.

I thought they have made some lovely new rooms to stay in.

You need to put some glasses in the rooms please. Speak to the painter who gets paint on all the wood!

It was close to the Grand Place in Brussels

It was not really a hotel, but a B&B. Breakfast was simple, but OK. One negative point was the dangerous staircase to the bathroom, which was situated in the cellar.

In a small place like B&B La Petite Eclipse, we felt like we got personal attitude and service. Together with the excellent location, nice breakfast, wonderful bed and bath - this was what we were looking for.

The lower level bath needs some repair (damp walls, not a great deal), but we are sure, boys will fix it soon.
