Convenient, on the market square in the middle of town. Bed linens were clean.

My room was quite shabby, & there was broken glass on carpet & on a table.

The fair in the square was very loud. No bar service inside. Bistro not usually open. No hotel parking.

The staff was amazing! We checked out early for our flight and even packed breakfast for us to take to the airport! The room was also very clean and spacious.

There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke all over the hotel.

We liked the atmosphere of the hotel very much. The staff are helpful, efficient with a really good attitude.

There is nothing to dislike about this hotel and it will be our preferred choice when visiting Oudenaarde in future.

The location was excellent because it was right at the market. The building is old so you feel part of the history of the area. The staff were very accommodating. They definitely care about their guests. There was plenty of free parking within an easy walking distance. A very enjoyable week with wonderful cycling trails.

Great location, right on the town square. Very good breakfast and nice service. The room was large and nicely furnished by European standards, and the bed was quite comfortable. The complimentary glass of port was a very nice touch, too.

Comfortable rooms, an old-fashioned but cared for feel and excellent breakfast. I know several of the hotels in Oudenaarde and this is the best I have found. Not noisy despite being on the corner of the main square. Even the beer range was reasonably inventive.

Heel verzorgd en lekker ontbijt in aangename ontbijtruimte met vriendelijke ontbijtdame.

De kamer en de gang kan een opfrisbeurt gebruiken. Ook het sanitair was niet echt net. De prijs vonden we dan ook te hoog.

We komen hier al enkele jaren voor het fietsen op 1 mei. Dat we steeds terugkeren in dit hotel zegt genoeg.

Ligging was perfect. Douche had een goede straal. Goed ontbijt.

Badkamer waren de tegels geschilderd, verf liet los (beetje armoedig) en helaas geen bad. Oude tv en geen sauna of zwembad.

een detail. Kon de stop van de wastafel niet uittrekken.

De vriendelijke ontvangst en de aardige mevrouw die voor de eitjes zorgde.

Hotel geeft toch een verouderde indruk, voornamelijk op de kamer en inkomhal. Er hing een wc geur in de inkomhal en de gangen waren ook niet fris. Door het toch verouderde vast tapijt komt het nogal donker en spijtig genoeg niet verzorgd over. Helaas was er tegen de ochtend vervelende sanitair geluidjes te horen vanuit de badkamer. De kamer kon ook moeilijk verwarmd worden.
