It was very cold the building does not have a minimum of standard that a hostel or hotel is supposed to have.
The first day I was freaked out because of the neighbourhood, but then I realised that the people were actually very peaceful and nice! It was easy to go to all the locations we needed! The stuff was super nice. I have been in more expensive hotels where the stuff treated me like i bother them.
Quite close to the city centre (20 min).
Really dirty bathroom, and the wifi was not working at all.
the personal was nice.
the room smells like cigarette, and I wanted none smoked room. I was there in November and it was really cold in the room at the night. All was old.
If you want a good comfort, good internet connection , a hotel not expensive at all and not so far from the center of Bruxelles. Please do not hesitate I would definitely opt for this hotel the next time I go to Bruxelles
Nothing is really bad to dislike, It is just not a luxiary hotel.
location, the room was full of cigarette smoke, faeces in the bathroom, spiderweb on the walls, dirt everywhere
Bed bugs in at least 2 rooms! I was now a total of 3 weeks and have thus met 4 rooms. In the last week I started in the First (sleepless) night good 10 bed bugs, then there was another room. In the first week I noticed the animals unfortunately only last night ...
Wifi was non-existent. Heat was intermittent. Neighborhood was slummy.
Price/quality for one traveller is relatively cheap, but far from center (at least on foot)
Dirty fabric on chairs at room and restaurant, inaccessible WiFi. Actually, they have wireless access points, but AP defective.
The room was dirty, stunk of cigarette smoke, the facilities came with someone else's pubic hairs, the curtains were falling off and the shower window did not close. The staff were beligerent and the walls were thin enough for me to clearly hear the nights activities in neighbouring rooms. There was no natural light to any of the hallways, which resulted in pitch blackness for the 2 seconds it took for the sensor lights to come on. The management chose to have only sensor lights and NO fixed lighting. It was horrid. A hostel with private room would have been far better and similar price
There was nothing I can recomned from this place
This place was a dump. My room reaked of mold and you could see the tracks of the vaccum cleaner in the dust on the floor. I changed room to another, it had the window and door open when I got there, obviously to get the mold smell out of the room. we changed hotel after first night. That was not fast enough.
Nothing. Ok the wifi wasn't bad
Two things: 1) BEDBUGS 2) don't forget you get what you pay for
Far from city centre
- Good price for economy customers, - Helpful personnel.
- Hygene of the rooms is not at enough level, - No air conditioner, - Only one towel for three person in the bathroom, - Wi-fi quality is not satisfied.
Dont get there a breakfast. Broken coffee machine and you get hardly any food; it better outside. This hotel is quite far from the center, walking 1.5 hour.
Everything hotel was dirty, terrible bed matress was very bad quality, hotel looks like one night hotel for prostitutes. Disgusting.
It was a cheap hotel.
It was clear why it was cheap
Cheap, nice view from the top floors.
There was no toilet paper, and the toilet cistern was constantly leaking making the floor wet.
The guy in the reception was nice, and he was always available. They didn't disturb and they cleaned the room. The location was OK because is between the atomium and downtown.
I arrived and they gave me the key without any other information. I had to ask for the WiFi (they gave a paper with the wrong password, capital letters matter), and I got lost because the key was for the room 38 which was actually 338. The room was open (it gave me a bad feeling of insecurity) and there was not toothpaste neither shampoo in the toilet. No remote for the TV and the bed was uncomfortable. They never had the initiative to recommend me a local super market neither places to visit and not even the closest metro or tram (I had to find out myself). Finally the WiFi was not very good. The signal was very weak and it disconnected very often. I say all these because I found it expensive for the service the gave me.
The workers, best price in Brussels, J miss kitchenettes and boble piscina j would gived any hotel with it if any hotel had would give full number 1 11 in best Sauna every hotel could have with No question air but would gives 1 free baguette and tonic on to house all hotel can do yes but this hotel have best price and a little mini bar.
Probably clean bed clothes.
Dirty toilet pan. The shower was broken and awful. The holes in the walls had shocked us. The furniture was worn-out. The window was also broken. In the morning it very noisy outside.
location, no place to eat nearby, i had to go to the centre to for a coffee
Rooms ok. No bed bugs in our renovated rooms. Friendly staff. Good price-to-value for one night. Free Wi-Fi worked well on in our rooms on the first story.
Not a nice area (Slum-like). The hotel was under renovation. Alot of traffic noice even during night. No hotel parking.
It smells bad, and the rooms are not as nice as shown in the photos
