It was a cheap hotel.
It was clear why it was cheap

Probably clean bed clothes.
Dirty toilet pan. The shower was broken and awful. The holes in the walls had shocked us. The furniture was worn-out. The window was also broken. In the morning it very noisy outside.
location, no place to eat nearby, i had to go to the centre to for a coffee
Rooms ok. No bed bugs in our renovated rooms. Friendly staff. Good price-to-value for one night. Free Wi-Fi worked well on in our rooms on the first story.
Not a nice area (Slum-like). The hotel was under renovation. Alot of traffic noice even during night. No hotel parking.
It smells bad, and the rooms are not as nice as shown in the photos
- nice, friendly, helpful and flexible staff
My first room before I got another one smelled like smoke and didn't have Wi-Fi.
one staff member were okay, rest were rude
lots of thing, breakfast, room, toilet, window, second day was little okay,
Staff is friendly and close to the station
Stains on the chair, the room is a bit dusted
They promised to refund my money but didn't
it was told while booking and amount will not be deducted from credit card, but it was already deducted before i reached to hotel. They just provided slip to sign. this is not a valid commitment from booking.com it was given while booking that Wi-Fi will be available but there was no Wi Fi connection accessable in room.
staff in the moring very helpful in giving directions
never again...arriving in the evenning the staff at the reception hardly talked to me at all... the room was filthy...hairs in bathroom toothpaste on mirror, thought sand was all around my bed but in daylight of morning it turned out to actually be broken glas,...in the morning the staff at the reception had changed and was very sorry so he promissed to get the room cleaned... but worse was to come...found ladietoiletries stuck to the blanket under which I had already slept.
bed cover, dirty floor (carpet), wifi downstairs only
Breakfast was very simple (one croissant, one roll, one piece of butter, jam and processed cheese, coffe/tee/juice from automatic machine). Small room, small shower, simply furnitured.
We are located in the 5th Floor so the Atomium and the cathedral are just overlooking from the window. The staff are nice. (Though at first, they looked snobbish, but they are really nice!) Proximity to Elisabeth station. For a group of Asian, the room is already okay. I just don't know for other citizens.
The comfort room did not have lock.
A more spacious bathroom, toilette and more European Tv channels
The Toilette and bathroom are very small, some Tv,s don,t Funktion properly and also no fridge in the rooms
Location and staff
The dirt of the room
It was close to Tram and on the way to BE airport.
Obvious: very small rooms in need for refournishing.
I slept well
This must be the dirtiest room I've ever seen... Smells badly Dirt all over the wall's Dirty shower Toilet is placed in a corner hardly reachable to sit on... No Wifi Coverage on 3th level Wondering how this kind of 'hotels' are allowed in Belgium!!!
The bathroom was not optimal, the shower hose was leaking f.ex. Some noise from the road, but ok with the windows closed
Friendly helpful staff. Hotel is quite a way from the city centre but close to good tram, bus and train connections, so getting around was easy. Close to the royal place park and Heyzel stadium. Public areas clean, mostly well-maintained.
Room decoration tired, various minor repairs needed, some DIY-looking electrical installation.
Staff is friendly.
