booking in was simple,the waiters and barstaff were very helpful and the bedroom was spacious. a surprise on the price increase from previous visits,the breakfast buffet table was a poor experience,the bathroom lacked a few items,e.g. toilet roll holder towelbars and toileterie shelf. |

The hotel is close to the railway station, and includes free wifi. Reception staff were helpful. The room was adequate but certainly needed redecorating. One light in the room didn't work and one socket was blackened and looked like there had been a small explosion - I steered clear of using it! The shower tray nearly overflowed it took so long to drain. It was quite hot in the room on the third floor, but when I opened the windows to let in air there was a lot of traffic noise both late at night and early in the morning. Breakfast was adequate but nothing exceptional and only one member of staff occasionally appeared to refill orange juice and milk. |

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was nice and very clean. I was there in the middle of the heatwave (which in itself was lovely) I would have liked some airconditioning. That is the only thing I could suggest for improvement. |

Terrific location across from Leuven train station. Very convenient walk down the main street to access the major sites -- all within 1 km. This chain hotel operation is located between the Mille Colonnes Hotel and the Hotel Industrie. The wood paneled breakfast room is elegant and the spread modest. There is no air conditioning in any of the three hotels. Very clean. There is an attendant on duty 24 hours a day, but at night you need to ring a bell to awake the staff person to return your key to you. We were unaware of the unmarked bell and had to knock loudly for several minutes to awaken the staff person. This was unpleasant, especially since it was only midnight. Some of the rooms, such as #105, have bathrooms that are not adjacent to the room, i.e., down or across the hall. We had a non-smoking room, but the previous occupant apparently smoked from the window ledge (and left the cigarette butts to prove it). |

conveniently located opposite the station the shower was connected to the bath tap but there was no shower curtain or wall fitting so it had to be hand held. Not goot. |

The room is clean and confortable, with big bathroom, but a bit tiny. The hotel has a very confortable position in front of the beautif station square of Leuven, very close to the shopping area and just 10 minutes by foot to the historical center. Perfect for a few days stay to visit both the city of Leuven and the surrounding areas. |

- La situation central de l'hôtel face à la gare (j'ai eu du mal à comprendre où et comment me garer, mais apparemment le plus simple était d'aller dans le parking sous la gare, tarif spécial jusqu'à 7h environ 3,5€ ). - Le personnel disponible et sympathique. Chambre un peu vieillotte. La salle de bain gagnerait à être carrelée - le lino et la peinture jusque dans la douche ne donne pas une impression de propreté. |

L'amélioration du buffet du petit déjeuner et la rénovation de la chambre. L'éclairage est insuffisant dans la salle de bain et le rideau de douche trop court laisse passer l'eau hors du bac. |

WLAN-Zugang inclusive. Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Zentrale Lage in der City. Zimmer mit vielen Fenstern. Einigermaßen ruhige Lage - nachts - trotz City-Lage. Freundliches hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück immer jeden Tag gleich. Keine Parkmöglichkeit am Hotel. Duschkopf nicht verstellbar (Wandmontage) und Abflüsse (Dusche, Waschbecken) fast verstopft. Hellhörig (In einer Nacht hatte ein Zimmernachbar seinen Fernseher um 2 Uhr nachts angemacht, was sehr störend war). |

vlakbij station, goede bedden (ondanks feit dat de rest van de kamer verouderd was) doordat waarschijnlijk vaak gebruikt door business mensen al vanaf 6.30 u 's ochtends veel lawaai in gang, niet zozeer door de mensen maar wel door de deuren die veel lawaai maken. Er zijn hotels vlakbij die voor de zelfde prijs een modernere infrastructuur (badkamer) bieden. |

ligging ( in onmiddellijke nabijheid van station- lekker ontbijt- groot terras waar ook een lichte lunch en zelfs het ontbijt kan genomen worden tijdens zonnige dagen . kamer was wel ' basiscomfort' - ( is misschien wel aan opfrissing toe )maar voldeed voor ons voor een verblijf van één nacht |
