Nice comfortable king size bed. Nice continental breakfast and breakfast room. Would have preferred a more conventional shower in the bathroom. This was just a shower head lead connected to the bath with nowhere to hang it and no shower curtain. |

We asked for a nice room, and got it. 115.00 euros. Hardwood floors, nice bed. Simple but clean :) No airconditioning, so I think providing a fan would have been a nice touch. The bathroom could have used a paint job (paint peeling) no shower curtain, so one had to sit in the tub to shower, because the shower handle was too short. But, all in all, a nice room. Location..It was right downtown, busy, noisy street..with the windows open (it was very warm) it was difficult to sleep. No parking ..yes, your web site said that, but we drove around for 45 min. Just looking for a parking spot. We finally found one a half a mile away, in which we had to buy a parking ticket every four hours.. |

It was an overnight stay at La Terrasse en route to Calais for a ferry crossing to Dover - it fullfilled the purpose. The location of this hotel is fantastic for a longer stay at De Panne - quite a quaint seaside town. It does need modernisation and a good clean up otherwise the breakfast area was quite pleasant and it was uncomplicated. The staff were nice. Ahead of our arrival I emailed them directly to let them know that ours would be a late arrival and they replied quite positively. The location is great. Perhaps it was also the fact that the room was the last one available as a last minute booking and for the price we were not expecting a "Hilton" or similar, but even in simple accomodation - the least one expects is better cleanliness and better hygiene. |

They mentioned free parking which was not true. The bathroom and shower in the hotel was not acceptable at all. The bed was a very cheap and useless bed. |

The staff is friendly, flexible and helpfull what compensates the drawbacks of the room. Curtains are thin and the sun shines in the room at dawn. If you need compleet darkness to sleep, you might be disturbed. The bed is fair. |

L'accueil a été parfait. Les déjeuners sont très copieux et variés. Le service est disponible, bienveillant et attentionné. Je crois que l'hôtel est en cours de rénovation.Nous étions situé dans une chambre (305) sous toiture qui apparemment a présenté quelques fuites et elles sont apparues sur les dalles du faux-plafond ce qui dénote.L'ascenseur et son utilisation est quelque peu contaignant par les dispositions optiques qui imposent certaines règles => avoir les portes coulissantes seraient un plus du point de vue sécurité. J'ai remarqué qu'aucune porte de séparation entre couloirs et chambres n'était résistante au feu ce qui m'a quelque peu étonné = présence de détection incendie. |

Cet hôtel répondait exactement à ce que nous espérions et de plus on nous à offert sans supplément de prix une chambre plus spacieuse et mieux située que celle que nous avions réservée.Le petit déjeuner était très varié et copieux malgré que nous étions le premier jour les seuls clients. |

Si les infrastructures de l'hôtel sont effectivement d'un certain âge, la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel contribuent très largement à rendre le séjour à La Terrasse très agréable. Au passage, on notera également un petit déjeuner très correcte. Mention spéciale et positive pour le personnel! Il faut reconnaître que quelques travaux rendraient cet établissement beaucoup plus accueillant. |

Le lit était excellent!!! Vraiment confortable. Il a une baignoire dans la salle de bain, c'est cool quand on est en amoureux...le samedi au petit dej jus d'orange fraichement pressé mais pas le dimanche. Malheureussement, le soir l'eau n'était pas chaude :( , pas de désodorisant pour les toilettes qui se trouvent dans la salle de bain et la prise de courant juste au dessus du lavabo ne tenait pas. Le mobilier est vieillot |

Le côté "relax", sans chichis ... Pour un wk, bien, mais pour une semaine ???? Proximité des trams - difficile de passer une nuit correcte ! Quelques petits problèmes de lampes qui doivent être vérifiés avant l'arrivée des clients, me semble-t-il (cependant vite réglé). |

La proximité de la plage et des rues commercantes La baignoire sans parois de douche, les installations qui sont mal fixées, des câbles électriques sont apparents, la programmation des chaines de la télévision plus qu'aléatoire, le fonctionnement de la télévision (bruits bizarres), le fonctionnement du convecteur électrique (le thermostat qui ne fonctionne pas donc surchauffe de la chambre), l'isolation phonique avec les autres chambres trés légère, etc.... |

Es war alles gut... Zimmer, Service, Frühstück. Hat uns alles gut gefallen und wird uns nicht hindern dort nochmals zu buchen.Etwas schlicht... aber doch preiswürdig Aufzug etwas eng ... man kommt sich sehr nahe... kann schon schön sein :-) |
