The personnel was very kind and willing to explain how to go to city center and also in calling Taxi. The Heating system was ver high (too hot). I had to open the window in the room to have a confortable temperature. No very energy efficient. |

Quite comfortable, friendly staff, possibility to book two days before the trip Away from the center of the city (not reachable without taxi). The hotel was flat type what wasn't mentioned in visible way on the site. The main building was far away from the flat, so that was rather uncomfortable to go to the breackfasts. |

Rooms were nice size, modern and comfortable. Good beds and clean bathroom. Breakfast was functional and fresh. Breakfast is excluded from the room price. Even if it is acceptable, the price is with € 20 too high |

They placed me in a different location that, while a bit further, was far more comfortable, because it was a full blown apartment. The most spacious place I have stayed in. Personnel was very attentive, and the place looks nice. A bit far from the center, not many places to eat close by. |

La propreté, et tout le nécessaire dans la kitchenette, même des couteaux de cuisine performant, et du liquide vaisselle. J'ai détesté la fausse adresse,l'entrée étant rue Guillaume Kennis!et non pas 322 Bld Lambermont.J'ai détesté reprendre ma voiture pour aller à la suite, situé dans un autre immeuble à 400m de là, et bien mal expliqué par la réception. J'ai détesté disposer d'une superbe TV , mais sans manuel explicatif, impossible d'obtenir les chaînes françaises ou belges. Par contre par de problème pour TV Bucarest et toutes les autres chaînes plus exotiques les unes que les autres. |

Le personnel est très sympa. L'hôtel est confortable, on y passe un agréable moment. Il y a un arrêt de bus juste devant (avec quelques bus la nuit). On peut garer sa voiture dans la rue de l'hôtel, le quartier est résidentiel et très calme. Le centre est loin à pied. Il fait chaud dans les chambres et la salle de bain et nous n'avions pas la possibilité d'ouvrir notre fenêtre. |

Zeer vriendelijk en efficient personeel Prijs/kwaliteit klopt niet: je krijgt een kamer als in een Ibis hotel voor de prijs van het Mariott hotel. |

apartement was ruim en rustig gelegen in woongebied. Direkt voor het hotel busstop voor bus 66 naar Brussel stad.(1/2h) verbleef in apartement ca. 1 km van hotel, vervoer heen werd geregeld, terug moeten lopen. |
