The hotel was fine for a night. Not luxury but there was everything you need. I was surprised with the fruit basket in the room. The breakfast was OK. To mention something, the wifi access was very poor in the 3rd floor. We went down stairs to the hall and it worked fine. |

A very comfortable hotel, very clean room and public areas. Breakfast was excellent and there were tea and coffee making facilities close to the room. We were also provided with a welcome fruit basket and water which was a nice touch. The room was quite small but as we were only staying for one night it was not a problem. |

The location was excellent. Very central with views up the river. Staff were helpful and courteous. Food very reasonable. We were allocated a room in the dormer which was a challenge to accommodate 2 people and luggage. Half the room had a sloping ceiling which both of us managed to hit our heads on at some point. Suggest that if more than one person, request a room on the 1st and 2nd floors as these looked more spacious. |

location they charged me 12 euros for a bottle of water, room too small and smelled terrible, no airconditioning in room, staff barely speaks english and non cooperative at all, breakfast with stale bread. |

Location and restaurant. Dinner was outstanding and the restaurant staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast wasn't great and wasn't available until 15 minutes after the specified time of 8am, which was slightly frustrating when we had to make an early start. |

C'est un charmant hôtel proposant des chambres coquettes un peu petites mais très propres convenant parfaitement à un court séjour en ville. Le restaurant est vraiment très joli. |

Accueil discret mais professionnel. Confort et propreté de la chambre. Petite attention de la direction de l'hôtel sous forme de plat de fruits. Hôtel très silencieux. Pas de remarque négative mais séjour d'une nuit seulement. |

Goede ontvangst en ook zeer positief dat men ons in het nederlands konden te woord staan. En zeker niet vergeten het personeel is zeer vriendelijk in attend. Het was voor ons een aangenaam verbijf en zal zeker positieve mondelinge reclame met zich meebrengen. |

Kamer was proper. De tand des tijds was duidelijk merkbaar. Gelukkig kon de venster op "kip"-stand geplaatst wordne want anders zou het onaangenaam warm zijn in de kamer om te slapen. Geen afstandbediening van televisie te vinden op de kamer. het ontbijt was niets speciaal, geen ardeense specialiteiten,geen roerei meer beschikbaar. Het was niet slecht, gewoon zeer sober. Wij kiezen regelmatig voor een hotel uit de Best Western-group en tot nu toe is dit ons steeds bevallen. Wij vinden dat dit hotel eigenlijk niet de kwalietit weergeeft die we gewoon zijn van de Best Western hotels. Spijtig. |

bediening in restaurant en bar was prima. Ontvangst bij de receptie was goed. Kamer zag er netjes uit. Ligging van het hotel goed met aan de ene zijde de Semois en aan de andere zijde het kasteel. Kwaliteit van het bed was niet goed. Hoogste tijd om de matrassen te vervangen. Eten in het restaurant was kwalitatief goed maar in vergelijking met andere restaurants in de plaats aan de dure kant. |
