We had a warm greeting and very friendly, helpful staff. We extended our stay to two nights as we liked the "feel" of the place. We had excellent meals in the restaurant and in the bar. Our room had a big bat window with views along the river.

The location. Very pretty and ideally situated for touring the Ardennes Forest Region. The hotel was effectively closed. There were no bar facilities or restaurant facilities and we were the only guests. The hotel was open for rooms only. Maybe this was just out of season. Also some confusion over the charges at checking out and I am contacting them separately over this issue.

Barman came back into hotel to serve us a drink,took his coat off....he was going home. Time? 2100! The rooms offered were very small with no air conditioning (it was 20deg outside. The breakfasts were minimal on thge first day and a small basket on the second day (one apple between 2 people..no cereals offered...had to ask for some milk)The location is extremely noisy and one had to close the windows to get some sleep......hence no ventilation.The worst Best Western hotel we`ve ever stayed at. Puts us off using you ever again!

De geboekte zolderkamer (goedkjoopste optie) bevatte een tweepersoonsbded en was aan de krappe kant. We konden gelukkig een kamer krijgen nmet twee aparte bedden. Verder lekker gegeten en alles in orde. Het ontbijt was goed, maar niet overdadig. Geen volkorenbroodjes.

receptie dame deed goed haar best om in het nederlands dingen uit te leggen. ontbijt was sober maar goed de toilet op kamer 101 was zo krap dat je dwars op het toiltel moest zitten

L'accueil et la propreté de la chambre Le service au restaurant. Ayant réservé une table pour 20 Hres, afin de profiter du festival de la truite (conseillé lors de notre arrivée vers 15Hres30) nous n'avons pu avoir qu'une truite (j'ai dû prendre un magret de canard, car il n'y avait plus grand'chose de disponible !) Nous n'avons pas pu avoir le dessert demandé (4 choix n'étaient plus disponibles !) a la table voisine, des néerlandophones étaient tres mécontents ! Eux non plus ne pouvaient avoir ce qu"'ils souhaitaient !

Buiten een ander koppel waren we de enigen in het hotel. De forel was lekker. Het ontbijt karig, maar in orde. Je kan van dit hotel niet mééér verwachten; het was ok!

personeel is vriendelijk ontbijt sober maar zeker voldoende kamer véeeeel te klein...je kan er amper bewegen! drankprijzen op terras zijn veel hoger dan op andere terrassen in Bouillon

Het hotel is schoon en oogt fit. de kamers zijn schoon, de badkamer ook zag er haast nieuw uit ja wat we misten was een lounge met banken en om het helemaal kompleet te maken, eenopen haard

locatie kamer niet comfortabel en niet aangenaam bekleedt; géén chauffage, moest tot tweemaal toe worden gevraagd en aangedrongen (vorst tijdens de nacht !); uitzicht op vertikale muur (rots) en overzijde van de straat leek op een vuilnisbelt; geen sympathieke diensters; matige ontbijtvoorziening (niet in verhouding tot de gevraagde prijs);

La situation de l'hôtel au pied du château Chambre très petite, salle de bains idem. Forte odeur de tabac dans la chambre, nous avons dû aérer toute la journée ! La propreté n'est pas exemplaire pour un hôtel de cette gamme (toiles d'araignées !!!).

de parking van het hotel werd op zondag namiddag te veel ingenomen door niet-hotel klanten zodat ik op meer dan 1 kilometer een plaats ban moeten gaan zoeken voor mojn wagen. De motards en andere lawaaimakende voertuigen zorgen er voor onzuivere lucht.

Goede ligging en makkelijk om te parkeren. TV kijken is niet prettig. Richting van toestel is niet naar bed toe te draaien. Afstandsbediening werkt niet goed.
