location they charged me 12 euros for a bottle of water, room too small and smelled terrible, no airconditioning in room, staff barely speaks english and non cooperative at all, breakfast with stale bread. |

Good hotel with friendly staff, Good facilities including bar/restaurant which served good quality food. Room was to a high standard and clean. would use again and recommend to others. |

Location and restaurant. Dinner was outstanding and the restaurant staff were very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast wasn't great and wasn't available until 15 minutes after the specified time of 8am, which was slightly frustrating when we had to make an early start. |

Restaurant and buffet area were pleasant, as was the situation by the river We were put in a smaller, cheaper room than we had booked: but the hotel tried to charge us the original (higher) booked rate. We received an apology, but this was a mistake that should never have happened. |

Location. The staff was nice. The whole place was creaky. Very loud in the room from normal walking above. The doors seemed to amplify the noise of normal activity in the hallways - we could hear others walking in the hall, opening their doors, etc. And this was with ear plugs! We also had a strong mildew smell in the bathroom which appeared on the second day. It was gone after the maid service, but returned the next day. |

jammer van de kamer, die is ongeveer 9 vkm waarvan het plafont aan een kant schuin was.Sanitair was uitstekend. ontbijt was ook prima. |

Trés bonne situation de l'hotel, au pied du chateau, personnel tres sypa et serviable, jolie vue de la chambre sur la Semois et sur la ville. Petit déjeuner tres copieux et varié. Hotel calme. Les belges sont vraiment très sympas et conviviaux ! ! Il faisait chaud dans la chambre (sous les toits, au 3° etage), alors que la temperature exterieure etait très raisonnable. Attention aux mois de juillet/août!! chambre tres petite, à peine peut on faire le tour du lit!! |

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Lages des Hotel ist optimal. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel genossen. Das Frühstück könnte nach verbessert werden. Ich hätte gerne frisches Obst gehabt. ( es gab Obstsalat aus der Dose) |

Leuk, sfeervol hotel. Perfect gelegen in het centrum, aan de voet van het kasteel. Gratis parkeren naast de deur. Vriendelijk personeel. Comfort kamer niet helemaal wat je zou verwachten. Kleine badkamer (alleen douche), geen showercaps. En slechts 1 personeelslid dat een andere taal dan Frans spreekt. Op zondagochtend was er markt op de parkeerplaats naast het hotel. Niet verwijderde auto's zouden door de politie tegen hoge kosten worden weggesleept. |

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het eten was ook goed. De kamers waren klein. Verder was het vervelend dat het plafond bij het toilet erg laag was. |

Propere kamers en goede bediening. Mooi gelegen aan de oevers van de Semois. Vlot bereikbaar en voldoende gratis parking. De kamers zijn klein en navenant duur . |
