good position nice food freindly staff clean rooms

Location is at very foot of one of the nicest biker routes. Staff friendly, and they speak enough english to understand, without taking the fun out of my language skills.

Toilet seat wouldn't stay up. But that was the biggest and only complaint. Is "the pillows were too plump" a complaint? :)

the location is good

Unfriendly and dishonest owner, noisy rooms on the 3rd floor. After agreeing on a surcharge of EUR15.00 to upgrade the room because it was located besides the owner’s apartment who has a barking dog, we where charged EUR25.00 at checkout. The owner did not agree to charge EUR15.00 as it was agreed with the clerk after consultation with the owner upon upgrading the room.

The area

Shortage of english speaking staff. One room not functional and change could have been avoided. Unaware of price difference after 1st April early booking cost 90 Euros extra

We stayed in the attic room, or cocoon room as they called it, it was small but very cozy and romantic with a comfortable bed and wooden beams on the ceiling. Nice view over the river. Big closetspace as well, flatscreen tv on top. Breakfast was good (buffet with bacon, eggs, breadrolls, croissant, fruit, yoghurt,...)they bring a can with coffee/tea or hot chocolate to the table. coffee/tea in the hallway. very clean.

No bathtub, but there are rooms with a bathtub. WIFI didn't work most of the time! due to the weather, they said...

Hotel is right in the centre of town and yet we experienced a very quiet night here. No car parking on site but free car park and free street parking right outside, aLthough we stayed at the end of the summer season so it might be a little harder to find a space right out the front in high season although you can drop off cases and find a space over the road near the kayaking. Has a restaurant and bar with seating outside (weather permiting!). I thought it a touch expensive for the quality of room fixtures and fittings compared to others we had stayed in during our road trip in Germany. We had stayed in Dinant on our outbound journey and much preferred this town to Bouillon!

We had a warm greeting and very friendly, helpful staff. We extended our stay to two nights as we liked the "feel" of the place. We had excellent meals in the restaurant and in the bar. Our room had a big bat window with views along the river.

Ontvangst, personeel, voortreffelijke keuken, prachtige eetzaal ingericht in een stijl (dertiger jaren? ) met passend bestek voor de menu keuze. Wijnen wel erg duur! Kamer met uitstekend bed.

Badkamer zeer gedateerd, wel alle benodigdheden aanwezig maar minimaal. Voldoende voor kort verblijf.

Algemene stijl. De brasserie.

Geen WIFI op de kamer. Tijdens de zomer moet parkeren in de buurt nagenoeg onmogelijk zijn.

enkel witte broodjes bij het ontbijt parking ingenomen door niet gasten tv staat te hoog

Situation de l’hôtel bien. Personnelles sympa.

Chambre trop trop petite. Chauffage salle de bain défectueux. Ascenseur très brouillant. Salle de bain très petite. Petit déjeuner basic. Trop cher pour cette petite petite chambre mansarde.

Chambre minuscule. Il faut mettre les deux sièges l'un sur l'autre pour ouvrir une valise. Confort minimum (même pas de mitigeur sur le lavabo) Chambre vieillotte, sans charme Tout celà ne correspond pas à ce qu'on attend d'un "Best Western"

La gentillesse et la disponibilité de l'ensemble du personnel.

Zeer goed bed en popere badkamer,goed ontbijt ,vriendelijke nederlandstalige bediening!

Het toilet op de badkamer stond tegen de verwarming geplaatst zodat het nogal moeilijk was om te zitten.

Accueil sympathique - restaurant correct (belle carte des bierres!); apprécié l'attention du service de rince-doigts avec eau tiède et citron au restaurant (très rare dans cette catégorie de restaurant)

La chambre sentait le tabac malgré l'aération en arrivant. Pourquoi pas de chambres non-fumeurs ? Lits individuels un peu étroits
