Best Western Hotel l'Auberge    

Modern clean rooms, stylish bathrooms.

Very bizarre and cramped entry to the hotel (you have to squeeze with your luggage through guests in the restaurant and through a tiny back door next to the bar and a tiny stairway. There is no elevator. There is not even a proper reception. In fact, it's difficult to believe this place is called Best Western.

I was very surprised about the room, in a positive way. Very Clean, plenty of room, very attractive and modern.

The service was average. The restaurant is very busy and I would have expected the people who recieved us to ask us to book or to tell us that the restaurant was fully booked. Breakfast was also very basic

The attitude of most staff was poor and horrid from one particular member of staff.

A lovely friendly hotel in a great location. Comfy beds, big rooms. The a la carte menu isn't cheap but it's fab food. There is a suggestion of the day menu which is good value. I would really recommend this hotel and it's sister hotel La Fleurie.

Lovely big showers but no bath. Mind the lift! :)

The hotel was very central in Spa close to the shops and restaurants, and only 10km from Spa Francochamp Race track which is why we were there. The rooms are very modern and clean with views over the square and had all the facilities you would need. The restaurant was nice and the food was good. The breakfast was continental and adequate. The staff were courteous, perhaps a little reserved but helpful. We would definately stay there again.

Location is great, you are 50m from the cable car that takes you to thermes and in the same time in the middle of the city. Very clean with nice room design.

Kamer aan voorzijde. 's-Morgens om 6 uur al veel verkeerslawaai. Raam openzetten daardoor niet mogelijk en ook geen airco. Dus geen frisse lucht op de kamer. Prijs-kwaliteit: door lawaai niet goed.

Uitstekend restaurant. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Goeie accommodatie.

tutto perfetto, ottima posizione centrale ma soprattutto di fronte all'ascensore che porta alle terme, si arriva in pochi minuti. buono il ristorante dell'hotel davvero di qualità e molto ben frequentato, e il meno caro della zona!..personale di sala gentile e professionale.colazione ottima e sempre tutto fresco. perfetto

la pulizia della camera non è proprio accurata, ma vista la posizione e gli altri vantaggi si può passare sopra.

Goede ligging in het centrum van Spa.

De receptie ligt in het restaurant. Vervelend om in te checken tussen de restaurantgasten.
