Good breakfast and dinner. Value for money and very near the Spa complex. Lack of anywhere to sit except in the bedroom. Bedside lighting too dim to read in bed. Service at dinner was slow because there were only two waiters for a full room. |

Gracious and skilled staff at check-in desk and in restaurant--the best I've seen outside a five-star hotel in larger cities. (They were also very patient with my beginner level French and Dutch.) The hotel was very clean and well-kept, and the food was wonderfully prepared and beautifully presented. A wonderful place, I look forward to returning! Other people who reviewed this restaurant said the rooms were not quiet enough. There is a disco nearby which affects the noise level outside rooms on the front of the hotel. This was not a problem for us, but might be for some people. The only thing I would change is a the layout--so the restaurant diners' need not see us return to our room in our forest walk clothes with our dog! |

Good location in the heart of Spa. Breakfast was vert nice - lots of choice. The price! way to expensive for what you get. We booked a suite(they were the only rooms left) and payed £240 for two nights. |

The hotel is well placed for anyone wishing to visit the Spa circuit and has a lot of restaurants close by. They would not serve food after 10pm. |

Staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good and plenty of it on a buffet basis. Room was comfortable and adequate. Good location in middle of town. The room was dark with not a good aspect over the roof at the back of the hotel but was very quiet. Gave the impression of being rather 'tired'. Decoration rather dark and shabby. The front part of the hotel where the restaurant is appears smart but when you go through the door to the rooms, it is very dowdy and shabby looking which is a shame. I was given a front door key for late coming back but found it very difficult to find the lock which was right at the bottom corner of the door. |

Very central location, nice façade, elegant restaurant and breakfast room. The price was too high for the kind of rooms that were provided. beds were rather small. |

It is in the centre of Spa I took a suite which was had obviously not been updated for a number of years. It was drab. The sink dribbled water and the TV's didn't work. Twin single beds are not what you look for in a suite and the room looked out onto close buildings. Lots of flies too. |

Ideally situated in the centre of Spa the l'Auberge offerx excellent value for money for those seeking merely a place to rest their head, the spa is little a walk across the square and the motor racing track at Francochamps 10 minutes drive, ideal! Rooms were a little noisy with flushing water, also those facign onthe front do suffer with traffic noise - ask for a rear room much quieter |

The room was nice and clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel is situated in the centre of Spa, next to the lift to the Thermes de Spa. The room was really noisy - you could here everything from outside (street) and the corridor. The doors to the rooms were a bit tight, so opening or closing them was quite loud. In the winter the room (no 11) must be quite cold, as the window wasn't that good (you could feel the air coming through..). There was a possibility to make coffee or tea, but the machine wasn't working properly. |

De kamer was klein. Het was meer een restaurant dan een hotel. Het was een van de mindere Best western hotels Kleine kamers, Om op de hotelkamer te komen moest men altijd door het restaurant waar een aantal mensen zaten te eten. |
