Best Western Hotel l'Auberge  

The Best Western Brand is surprisingly unrecognizable here, and I mean that in a good way. As in the USA the BW brand does not invoke senses of charm and quality here in Spa if found excellent facilities and very helpful staff. Very modern and clean rooms atop a charming old charm restaurant.

We booked an Executive room, which was quite big and very nicely furbished. I enjoyed using the Nespresso machine, and the hot rain shower. The hotel is very well located if you intend to go to the Spa center, we dropped our car and did not touch it during the whole weekend. And, the restaurant is very nice, in an old Paris decoration style. Try the Cognac, it's delicious...

The strange thing is that you enter the hotel via the restaurant, but it was not too annoying.

As a sports journalist, I stayed every year at the hotel over a period of many years for the Grand Prix so it was a trip dowm memory lane. I do not usually like modern hotels but the rooms have been greatly improved. One thing hasn't changed - the quality of the restaurant.

The hotel, room and the special attention to details

The hotel provided an excellent base for our planned site seeing and touring of the area. The service was excellent as was the food in the restaraunt. I stayed there 3 years ago and the rooms have all been refurbished to a high standard. I would certainly recommend the hotel.

I think that an area of the restaraunt should be reserved as a "lounge" for the guests to enjoy a drink from the bar. Being told that that if we wanted to have a drink we must stand at the bar because all the tables were reserved for potential diners was annoying. The result of this was that we went out for our drinks and the hotel lost business.

The room was new, clean, confortable and perfect..... Very big room and big bathroom....I'm very happy about Best Western Hotel l'Auberge!

Nous avions déjà eu l'occasion de passer une nuit dans cet hôtel, il y a quelques années. Nous y sommes retournés pour la qualité et le raffinement de la cuisine. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par les transformations effectuées au niveau des chambres. Chambre impeccable, mobilier et sanitaire de qualité. Hôtel à recommander. La gastronomie est toujours au menu.

Toujours un accueil sympathique, une cuisine de qualité et une chambre confortable et très propre. C'était notre 3ème passage à Spa, si l'occasion se présente nous y retournerons.

Un intérieur parfaitement restauré.Petit dej simple, de qualité, et bon.Personnel aimable.A Recommander !

Seul bmol ... l’ascenseur, il ne faut pas avoir peur d’être surpris par le choc de l’arrêt,aussi les escaliers n'ont pas de nez anti dérapant,et je me suis ramassé une glissade sans bobo, il s'agit de petits détails car l’hôtel mis a part cela est super et nous y reviendrons.
