Very friendly and excellent service. Top value for money

Somewhere there should be a corner to sit and have a drink. We missed a "bar"

Fabulous bathrooms! The restaurant, the food and especially the breakfasts are excellent.

No proper bar.

Thermes are very close, 5 min to the funicular. Room (suite) very clean and confortable.

It is a weird hotel, the entrance is at the end of the bar, inside the restaurant. It has no installations, only the rooms and the restaurant.

Excellent upgraded accommodation with tea and coffee in room.

A bit expensive over weekend of the Spa Six Hour Race but good value for going rate. Excellent modern upgraded accommodation with good soundproofing. Nice breakfast included.

The Best Western Brand is surprisingly unrecognizable here, and I mean that in a good way. As in the USA the BW brand does not invoke senses of charm and quality here in Spa if found excellent facilities and very helpful staff. Very modern and clean rooms atop a charming old charm restaurant.

As a sports journalist, I stayed every year at the hotel over a period of many years for the Grand Prix so it was a trip dowm memory lane. I do not usually like modern hotels but the rooms have been greatly improved. One thing hasn't changed - the quality of the restaurant.

The hotel provided an excellent base for our planned site seeing and touring of the area. The service was excellent as was the food in the restaraunt. I stayed there 3 years ago and the rooms have all been refurbished to a high standard. I would certainly recommend the hotel.

I think that an area of the restaraunt should be reserved as a "lounge" for the guests to enjoy a drink from the bar. Being told that that if we wanted to have a drink we must stand at the bar because all the tables were reserved for potential diners was annoying. The result of this was that we went out for our drinks and the hotel lost business.

The room was new, clean, confortable and perfect..... Very big room and big bathroom....I'm very happy about Best Western Hotel l'Auberge!

Les chambres trop bien isolées. On étouffe et si on ouvre les fenêtres, bruit de la circulation sur la place. Mais ils vont installer des clims individuelles, paraît-il.

Kan niet beantwoorden want, ondanks dat we in auberge geboekt hadden, kregen we een kamer in het naast gelegen hotel. Jammer want we hadden voor die locatiew met uitzicht op het pleintje gekozen.

Voortaan op de site vermelden dat je in het nabij gelegen hotel ingedeeld kan worden dan voorkom je verrassingen.

Mooie kamers, grote badkamer met inloopdouche, verzorgd ontbijt. Ligt vlakbij lift om naar de thermen te gaan. Goeie prijs/kwaliteit.
