Restaurant is very convenient, good quality, friendly staff
Entrance is a little tricky by car, signage difficult 1st time arriving at the hotel
Wifi speed and food quality
The room was freezing and the air con system not able to heat. The restaurant is expensive. The rooms are very sparse. Not even a kettle to make tea.
Nice, spacious apartment. Free parking in a well lit carpark.
2 bedroom apartment but only one toilet...
Good restaurant, ample parking, efficient front-desk staff, good kitchenette facilities
Small size of double bed, bath slippery when taking shower, bathroom too small relative to size of room
Location, bedrooms, breakfast
TV Channel choices. No CNN/Sky. BBC World not good.
Staff were exceptionally friendly. Dinner at the Restaurant was superb.
Couldn't fault anything with hotel. Due to traffic the taxis can be late. I would order a taxi well in advance.
The maisonettes we stayed in was good, the attached restaurant was very good and so many other eating places nearby
The bad was very comfortable and clean. and also the bath tube was incredibly clean.
Perfect hotel to spend a weekend and combine history (seeing the Waterloo sites) with a visit to the very special Zoo 'Pairi Daisa' and also some shopping and nice dining. Hotel is great, good beds, right in the center but still very quit, very good breakfast and very helpfull staff
A pity was that the restaurant (which looks really nice) is closed in the weekend and there is no room service either. There are good restaurants in the neighbourhoud but we were accompanied by a family with small children and would have liked to dinner at ease with the children asleep in the room with the babyfoon on
The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The breakfast was amazing, such a wide selection and everything was delicious. Perfect location, plenty of shopping and restaurants to choose from and the train station isn’t too far either. We will definitely come back; this hotel is one of my favorites.
clean, spacious, homely
We didn't know what to expect for our stopover button it was a Pleasant surprise. Centrally located in the town but still in a green and quiet surrounding. Pleasant atmosphere and Good service and a very spacious apartment
Quiet position and comfort throughout.Lovely grounds with several sitting areas.Very pleasant room and bathroom.Good continental breakfast -cooked items will be prepared on order. Staff very helpful polite and cheerful.
comfortable bed and room very clean lovely staff will be back
the breakfast was good, the parking was easy and free, the room was quiet and very clean
i didn't like having to pay for tea making facilities and i didnt like having to pay 6 Euros for a bottle of water, that really does take the edge off the experience
It was very central
The disabled person room was not suitable for someone in a wheelchair as there was nothing to hold on to in the bathroom.
I hope the booking com offer was not based on the fact restaurants were closed due to vacation....
The hotel was right in the heart of Waterloo yet was set back off the main road so there was no traffic noise.
Modern, quiet, clean and comfortable rooms. Good location in Waterloo with restaurants and bars close by. Its off the main road so no noisy traffic.
Getting served at the small bar can be a nightmare. Always a queue to checkout in the mornings (only one staff).
Restaurant Ambience Fitness room
Pillows One was too low two was too high
An ideal place to stay whilst visiting the battle field or when wanting a stop off en route to Germany that avoids Brussels. The hotel is very central, but being set back from the road very quiet. The rooms are very modern and the public areas light and stylish. Breakfast was a comprehensive buffet with the option to order hot items of ones choice. The restaurant was not open on the Sunday but L'Amusoir restaurant across the road was excellent. Go early or book a table - there were people queuing at 9.00 as we left.
A tiny quibble - there was only one set of towels in the bathroom and we had to ask twice for another set.
beautiful grounds, excellent staff attitude
too short a stay!
breakfast the staff was friendly during breakfast and upon departure (different)staff was not friendly upon arrival parking
stuffy room airco was not working well, could not open window the next day staff told me it could be opened upon special request
Everything. Large comfortable rooms and bathroom. Good breakfast . Wi-Fi that worked.
