Great location at end of road leading to Expo passing by the Atomium. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Poor sound proofing from trams outside the window Dark Corridors Inadequate Breakfast
Location perfect for visiting expo and nearby locations Bed: Boxspring oké not top comfort Comfort: everything is nearby The employee tried very hard the help, but had no education in the horeca
wifi are different modems and passwords ( the employee doesn't know the correct password. after 1hour I had the correct password for the room at the 3th floor ) The soap in the shower was empty The sank stank in the bathroom Breakfast was very basic with low cost products
The staff were very helpful to our needs.
The tram stop in front. But that is the price to pay for convenience to travel.
The staff / what a lovely man / helpful So so close to the Atomium Clean
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, pretty terrace outside, bar just next door. Only 10 minute walk to The Expo.Very comfortable clean bed. Thank you to the staff.
Noise from tram on street is quite loud, no elevator but I knew this and still booked, it was just for one night, no hairdryer in the room, I also knew this, and was glad I brought my own.Breakfast is not worth 10 Euro. Not enough to choose from, no fruit or yogurts.
The staff were friendly, The bed was comfortable. In our room the lights were fun; they were the headlights of the car of the painted car on the wall. Lunch in the attached restaurant was tasty. Worth noting it is Halal so no alcohol on premises if that should bother diners.
The establishment seriously needs renovating in all areas. Everything other than the bed needs replacing/repairing. Broken old furniture. No attention to detail. I was cold at night as only 1 blanket on bed. Extremely noisy with Trams running outside the window till about 1a.m. then stating again about 6. Nowhere to get a coffee/tea/water/snack unless restaurant is open in hotel. Breakfast included was not acknowledged or honoured. Seriously over priced; I have paid 1/3 of price for a far superior hotel with many amenities including full English & continental breakfast.
Bad Smell of humidity in the room Room door is not safe Sound insulation of the room is bad
Close to trams and opposite a lovely park. Close to the Expo feature.
The tram noise was a bit intrusive. The carpets on the stairway are quite worn and there is no lift.
Nice staff, clean room, clean hotel.
The train is too close...
proximity to the atomium
Noise of Trams and the steep stairs to 2nd floor no lift
You can see the Atomium from the front door. Rooms are nice and clean. Quiet at night.
Fancy but dim LED lights in the bathroom. It's basically in the middle of nowhere.
+Friendly staff +Well connected by underground
- 3 floors without elevator - Wireless signal was weak on the 3rd floor. - Although has a good public transportation it stops working at 00:00. It takes over 1h to go walking from the city centre.
We gave our arrival time but the reception was supposed to be opened anyway until misnight, Still no one was at the reception, luckily after 15 minutes of waiting we could get in the hotel by luck and found a mobile number on their visit card where we could reach someone at last (neither the bell, nor the phone number was working) After that we got someone who could not speak any language except Spanish - the responsible one was not appearing up until 13.00 next day - she couldn't tell us what we need to pay for, any breakfast was out of order as well. The rooms were once upon a time okay but they are not maintained well.
Good location for visiting Atomium. Easy access from motoway when arriving by car. Friendly staff.
Tram line next to hotel makes it a bit noisy at night until the trams stop running. Rather expensive breakfast @ 10 Euro p/p, including small children.
Close to the Atomium.
Not cleaned, smelly, dodgy place.
very little space in room
The room was ok
It seems that the staircase hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner in years...
Good location for the good price.
no breakfast buffet as promissed. Znoe parking around hotel after 18:00 is ok to park
The location is fine, short walk to a nearby subway station and of course the Atomium.
The triple room we got is of a standard far below what is seen in the pictures. Additionally the room smelled very heavily of smoke.
