The Spa facilities were very good, a bit crowded at times (maybe with people who were not actually satying at the hotel). Friendly staff, great breakfast. Bathroom (in new building) not exactly well-designed, with water running out of the shower and spilling all over the floor. |

I really enjoyed the atmosphere at the hotel and the hotel staff did everything to please its guests. Being a little less strict on the 11:00 am check out time. |

very relaxing, beautiful rooms in the new extension. staff very helpful, food was good and the spa facilities are excellent reception shuts at 8pm. no iron available only dry cleaning service which takes 24 hours |

The facilities were great, the surroundings are astonishing. The room was cold, the staff were reluctant to provide internet access. They did not want to share the hotel WI-FI network password. Instead, they gave us a two-hour pre-paid card. |

De rust, alhoewel....je hoort de mensen douchen van de kamers ernaast!Tamelijk goed ontbijt. Kamers nogal koel ingericht! Als je de kaart voor de elektriciteit in de gleuf stopt kan je de deur niet open of dicht doen, je dient eerst de kaart uit de gleuf te halen,en dan maar zoeken in t donker om de deur op slot te doen! |

Vriendelijk onthaal. Het personeel doet de moeite om zich in het Nederlands verstaanbaar te maken. Mooie kamers. Heel lekker eten. Het blinkt uit op alle vlakken. Wellnessfaciliteiten waren inorde. |

Mooi kasteelachtig complex. Zeer luxe. Spa was mooi, niet veel sauna's. Er was in het restaurant slechts 1 menu, alleen vlees. Goed gegeten in Chaudfontaine zelf. |

vriendelijke , ook nederlands sprekende, receptie-goede uitleg bij aankomst over gang van zaken wellness , diner. Frisse, ruime, kamer.zeer goed 3 gangen diner, schone welness inchecken kan pas om 15.00u, uitchecken al om 11.00u-barretje bij entree hotel en erg klein, niet zo gezellig en geen sandwiches, alleen crepe als eten te bestellen |

Het ziet er allemaal prachtig uit, maar er zijn helaas te veel dingen die veranderd dienen te worden. Je kan bijvoorbeeld niet kiesen om te eten. Ze hebben één menu en dat is het. Staat overigens nergens een prijs bij, dus je moet vragen wat het menu kost. Niemand die trouwens Nederlands of Engels spreekt tijdens het diner. Verder een paar gebreken in de kamer, lampen die het niet doen en het bed is erg slecht. Veel te hard. |
