Great location - Sablon. Warm and cosy apartment. Nice balcony.

No dvd.

Large stylish open plan living area. Quiet yet very close to Sablon and the Square and only ten minutes walk from Grand Place. Small supermarket one minute away.

Excellent location - Sablon! Close to many good bars and restaurants. Good WiFi. Basic but clean.

At the time of booking, I specified check-in time. During the day of arrival, I called the contact number several times, with no answer. I arrived at the apartment block at the time specified, pressed the door- bells several times, got in to a squabble with 2 long-term lets in the same block, called the contact number again several times, until eventually someone arrived to let me in to the block and hand-over the keys to the apartment. Way too much hassle! No DVD, but only BBC-1, BBC-2, BBC-News for English speakers. No bedside lamp in the 1 double bedroom. Not sure if this apartment specified 2 or 4 occupants but clearly only a 1-bedroomed apartment, even though adequate for me travelling alone on business.

The most satisfied booking ever. We are three art students and we really enjoyed there. The owner is quite tasteful. The room is incredible and very comfortable, big enough to have a party. Very good location. Many nice shops and small gallery nearby.

This apartment is so central, you cannot do better! It is a really beautiful duplex, completely refurbished with a very distinct style. I could live there! And it is HUGE!

There is a karaoke bar just across the street...sou you can imagine what your bedtime sounds like if you like to sleep with open windows.... But other than that, really an amazing place.

Excellent location. Very comfortable and spatious room. Good wifi connection. Great amenities overall.

The bars across the street make that the streetside rooms are noisy at night. Kitchen wasn't clean. Living room lacks privacy -- should install stores or curtains. No handsoap in the bathroom.

Great apartment (exactly as per the pictures/description) in excellent location right next to the Place du Grand Sablon, but still only short walk into city centre. This apartment was therefore an ideal location for a visit to Brussels. On arrival we were met and given details to local area (bars/resturants/shops). WiFi also had a great signal in flat.

Only minor comments would be possible addition of dvd & provision of iron/ironing board.

We didn't actually end up staying at this particular apartment as it had flooded the previous day. The owners came to meet us and showed us to another of their apartments that was overlooking the main square. The location was superb but I can't help but think the Apartment Sablon would have been a little more spacious. This didn't affect us though and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I could do with a little TLC... everything was clean but not sparkling. Also a few little basic cooking bits would be nice: oil, salt and pepper. A little short on utensils and cookware as well. This all being said, I would stay here again and I would recommend it!

- Perfecte locatie, precies tussen de boven- en beneden stad in. - Ruim en comfortabel appartement, zeker in de zomer met het terras een perfect verblijf. Zelfs voor een langere tijd! - Le Pain Quotidien zit om de hoek, dus elke ochtend verse croissant.

- Appartement was nog niet beschikbaar, door een langere booking. Tip: laat heel duidelijk weten aan de eigenaar hoe laat je komt, zeker als je een specifiek appartement wil.

Alles war super. Das Apartment ist riesig und toll eingerichtet. Sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern im Internet.

La localisation, la gentillesse du propriétaire. L'appartement est au calme et en meme temps en plein centre-ville. Séjour agréable. Je recommanderai sans problème l'endroit.

La chambre à l'étage est un peu dangereuse pour les enfants en bas-age. Il faudrait installer un garde-corps plus haut et une barriere de sécurité.

Goed verzorgd en ideaal gelegen appartement. Na het telefonisch moeten verzetten van onze aankomsttijd was er geen probleem, de eigenaar bleef gewoon langer op ons wachten. Parkeren om de hoek in een 24h parkeergarage (€15) en alles was verder op loopafstand. Nespresso- apparaat met cupjes, suikerklontjes marmelade en chocopasta alles was aanwezig! Aanrader...

Goede locatie in het gezellige sablon met voldoende parkeergelegenheid in de buurt. Ruim en licht appartement, ideaal voor 3 personen. Goede fibe. Prettig ontvangst.

Luxe en groot appartement. Prima geschikt voor 3 personen en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zou het zeker een volgende keer weer boeken.

Светлые, просторные апартаменты удобно расположены относительно центра города, основных достопримечательностей, метро, железнодорожного вокзала. Чистый, красивый, уютный, европейский и достаточно тихий район. В шаговой доступности есть магазины, рестораны, кофейни. Удобная, светлая, просторная кухня с газовой плитой, духовкой, чайником, кофеваркой, микроволновкой, посудомоечной машиной. Цена-качество. Приветливые хозяева.

Для себя недостатков не обнаружили. Если поздно вечером или ночью открывать окна, то иногда слышна музыка из соседнего дома, где расположен бар, но лично нам это не мешало.

El apartamento es excelente, muy cómodo y práctico. Todos los detalles estan muy cuidados. Su ubicación te permite acceder a todos los lugares de interés caminando en pocos minutos.

Algo de ruido exterior algunas noches al encontrarse en una zona de bastante animación.

Enorm veel ruimte voor 2 personen. Ongeveer 120m2. Bijna perfecte locatie naast Grote Zavel/Grand Sablon. Leuke, moderne inrichting. Groot bad en grote inloopdouche.

De temperatuur van de verwarming was niet in het appartement te regelen. Soms veel herrie door karaoke bar tegenover appartement. Geen CD of DVD speler aanwezig.

酒店位置很好，距离中央车站和大广场都很近，步行10分钟就到了，出门就是莎布隆大教堂和莎布隆和平广场，- 教堂非常美丽，布鲁塞尔不大，所以去哪都挺近的，到皇家美术馆只需要3分钟，到漫画博物馆和圣米歇尔大教堂- 也就20分钟的步行路程，酒店内部和提供的照片一模一样，我定的4人间，有一间大卧室是双人床，还有一间小- 卧室在阁楼，卫生间，厨房都很大也很整洁，还有室外露台，虽然看不到风景，但是下着小雨的时候，听着露台上- 滴滴答答的雨声，也是一种惬意。很推荐！

没有电梯，如果有大件行李的话，还真是费点力气，但是绝不影响酒店品质。

J ai réservé à l occasion d un anniversaire( je l avais specifié lors de la réservation) mais la propriétaire n'avait pas l air au courant et encore moins contente. Cependant je n ai eu aucun probleme en ce qui concerne le déroulement de la soirée!

Het is een fantastisch mooi groot appartement in het hartje van Brussel. Heel sfeervol met een grote keuken en eetruimte.

Het hotel ligt in een uitgangsbuurt en wij hadden een zaterdag nacht geboekt wat een lawaaierige nachtrust opleverde. Het is jammer dat sommige kleine defectjes niet hersteld worden
