Camera spaziosa, atmosfera famigliare.

La cordialità dello staff, la collocazione in un ambiente meraviglioso e tranquillo e la vicinanza all'aereoporto di Charleroi.

Non funzionava l'aria condizionata. L'illuminazione a faretti riscalda troppo. E' come farsi una lampada in un centro estetico. Inoltre ho trovato la presa dell'antenna TV smontata e non funzionante.

not a normall staffing as we know for hotel, i had hard time to enter the hotel at night , and self registering was not clear , and please install more light at key box (very hard to see).

Room service food poor.

The "good" score for the location is due to the lovely grounds in which the hotel stands and the character of the building. Much investment has been made to provide accommodation that feels luxurious and up-to-date.

I did not feel tempted to pay 12 Euros per head for a small buffet breakfast, so we ate out after we left the hotel.

We booked the ''suprize-room''and got a wonderfull room. We were offered breakfast after the usual hours and had a late check-out without being charged! Very friendly staff and amazing setting, just off the highway, but after a somewhat dark and bumpy road (at night) a very pleasant suprize. We will definitely come back !

Closely located to the Cat facility and about 45 minutes from the airport. Staff are very friendly and the hotel itself was beautiful and relaxing.

Wifi only works in the lobby but in the rooms you can connect via Rj45 phone jacks

De spa was ruim en schoon, de kamer was ruim, de renovatie van de boerderij was met zorg gebeurd

Het beloofde restaurant bestond niet, de Cosy kamer was een nonnencel met 1 houten stoel. Na klacht een andere goede kamer gekregen (waarom niet direct, we hadden via jullie een verrassingskamer geboekt?) Er waren geen andere gasten. De Spa had alleen een buiten en geen binnenruimte. Al met al absoluut niet wat we ons voorgesteld hadden van een weekend heerlijk relaxen in de Spa (tegen betaling en maar 1,5 uur) en lekker lezen op onze kamer en fijn dineren in het hotel..... Het was dus zeker niet wat de site deed veronderstellen.

J'ai rarement séjourné dans un établissement aussi calme. Quel plaisir.

La salle de bain de cette htel est merveilleux. Pas besoin d'aller en thalasso, vous avez tt en chambres. Buffet dejeuner superbe. Personnel génial. Vraiment on y retournera. D'ailleurs nous sommes rester une nuit complémentaire!!!!

Dernier séjour: - plus d'eau chaude dans sdb. - sèchecheveux hors service. - odeurs d'égouts dansle hall de nuit :-(( Le séjour précédent était parfait.
