Very good location in the centre of Durbuy, very friendly staff, very nice breakfast, modern rooms The hallway and especially the room were very dark, only some indirect blue and white LED illumination. The room was modern and nice (as far as I could tell), but the bathroom (although enough light there) needed an update especially around the shower area. Moldy grouts and old yellowed sealant gave a bad and unclean impression...

Good beds, nice location. Shower a bit simple with wiggling doors and cheap and hard to open sachets for shampoo and soap. Otherwise nice rooms with clever led lighting.

the staff was great, the people working at the bar was excellent, very friendly and customer oriented. Location was good, close to everything. yes, the rooms were extremely small, nothing compared to the pictures. The bathroom was not that modern at all. The room was not well ventilated but if you open the windows is impossible to sleep due to the street noise (windows are close to the street level). In general the feel you get of the hotel when you look at it in the web site is completely different from reality.

Ontvangst toen we aankwamen was heel tof, met een glaasje om het weekend te beginnen, dit hotel is zeker aan te raden, bijzonder door het supervriendelijk tweetalig personeel, wat je niet altijd kan zeggen daar in de buurt. Ontbijtdame was heel heel gedienstig en zeker de ober die we bij het avondmaal hadden. een echte aanrader !!! Proficiat !!! Badkamer mocht iets groter zijn , maar ze was heel proper, alles was aanwezig ..

Nous sommes motards et nous avons apprécié l’accueil, le verre de bienvenue, l'aide pour transporter nos bagages... un accueil digne d'un quatre étoiles. Chambre moderne et design. Literie très correcte. rien à dire sauf peut-être que les sanitaires, bien que très propres, mériteraient un coup de rénovation.

Kamers waren schoon, elke dag nieuwe handdoeken Ontbijt was prima Personeel was aardig Matrassen waren erg hard Stopcontacten in badkamer werkten alleen als de verlichting aan stond. Betaald parkeren, kan aardig oplopen als je overdag in Durbuy blijft, van 10.00 tot 19.00 betalen. 1E half uur gratis met blauwe schijf.

het eten en de service waren goed tot zeer lekker en meer dan voldoende,iedereen kende ook goed zijn job proficiat en voor herhaling vatbaar het enige minpuntje is misschien dat er geen kleine restauratie is

L'accueil Que l'on me fasse payer d'avance mais avec de telles prestations cela se comprend !!! Beaucoup de moisissures dans la salle de douche ! Literie à deux matelas, très mous, dont l'un était plus haut que l'autre ! Radiateur si bruyant que j'ai dû éteindre pour dormir au calme.
