Hotel was good, clean bedrooms and good size rooms. Hotel was not centrally situated and we had to cab wherever we need to go. Nothing around in walking distance.

Staff are helpfull and freindly. location is good and convenient for me. Room size is excellent and spasiuos. house keeping is good. house keeping is not adding coffee and tea bags in the room. upon checking out, i have been charged for items from the mini bar that i did not use. however the fron desk solved this issue.

Comfortable rooms of relatively good size, the garden side is quiet, too. WiFi would have been available at high additional price - in several hotels with the same standards it is included in the price.

This was our second stay at the le Chatelain Hotel and we we not disappointed. Everything was very good as before. The front desk people were great and helpful. The location is perfect for our needs. A couple of thoughts: It seems that the hotel should offer free coffee and tea in the rooms. It seems somewhat 'cheap' for a hotel of your stature to charge 2,50 for a tea bag. Also, this time, there was a bit of mold on the tiles in the shower which can be removed fairly easily. What happened to the bedspreads? I preferred the full sized bed coverings. Other than these things, we really love staying with you.

Location at the Rue de Chatelaine is very good. Rooms are quite spacious. Late check in is possible. The door of the shower (I was at a superior room!) was falling out every time. The rooms are quite dark and not cosy, more or less "grandmothers' style". The prices of the breakfast are very high; try to get "vouchers" always (or ask for it); I paid 30 euros for every breakfast; other paid only 15 euros by asking at the desk (how do these people know this kind of things?); breakfast is lazy no matter what. (No eggs!) Service is very slow. Laundry service is too expensive.

For us the stay was perfect, we had a good price via bookings.com and the location was exactly what we wanted. Breakfast was good and there, too, was a discount for the weekend. Otherwise it was a bit on the expensive side. The staff was very friendly and the hotel has this calm feeling.

I have stayed at the hotel before and the experience has always been good. The location is fabulous - close to trams to the city center and situated in the middle of one of the best neighbourhoods of Brussels with loads of great bars and restaurants. Parking is a bit steep

The room was very nice and spacious. Robes and slippers were provided and there was a decent choice in the mini bar. Bed was very comfortable. No light over bath / shower - very dark when shower curtain pulled. Reception staff were not very friendly.

The hotel is ok, location is good, many restaurants in the area and not far from city centre, 15 min walk. Few staff members were very friendly and one not at all. Strange that its prohibited to smoke in the room and our room smelled like someone have been smoking few days. We booked via booking.com , but when we asked hotel staff to modify our booking they said that we had to re-book again and cancel previous booking, although prices were twice higher..after few minutes of negotiations they rebooked, but for us its not 5 stars behaviour.

The good location, the fact that we didn't hear the traffic in the middle of brussels. The matrasses were not that good, we could feel the springs.
