Very good service, comfortable room and value for money of the special rate (considering Brussels prices). Total absence of any view froom room (staring at building some 15 metres away). Rating the hotel as 5 star seems a bit of a stretch! |

Very nice, deluxe luxury hotel with boutique atmosphere. Would qualify easily for Small Lux Hotels of the World. Excellent service with friendly and efficient staff. Extremely accomodating. Rooms are quite large, much larger than European norm, with lovely views of the city esp from the 7th and 8th floors. A/C was a boon during the hot week in June. Crisp, clean white sheets on bed -- definitely 5 star quality at a fantastic 3 star price! Couldn't have been happier. Location also is great with a convenient tram station around the corner, Place Chatelain only a block away which teems with trendy restaurants, and a great farmers' market on Wed afternoons. For young families, there is also a great children's park and playground with a huge sand pit, benches to sit on under large trees, a 15m walk away, off Waterloo street. There is a Delhaize supermarket on the same block as the park too. |

Very friendly staff, close to Louise. Internet in the rooms is only available via Cat5 cable and costs eur 10,- /day - I expect free Internet access in a 5 star hotel, without buying any kind of "extra" package. Eur 25,- for breakfast buffet is also way beyond any reasonable limits. |

Calm, yet central location. Nice rooms. The price for breakfast (25€) is absurd. The so-called Japanese breakfast was nowhere to be seen. The service at breakfast is sluggish. |

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us each time we entered or left the building. The small bar and outdoor patio was very nice. Every part of the hotel was well maintained and very clean. The bed was quite firm and a bit lumpy. For a Belgian hotel it had a fairly generic "American" feel. |

Great located and service. The bathroom in the room is small and the bath/shower due to the size is not so confortable. |

We arrived at midnight and left at 6am which means that we did not have time to enjoy a lot, the Nespresso machine was well appreciated. |

Staff. Style. Area. Notos restaurant around the corner. Poor Internet. Breakfast and bar too expensive. Gym too old, outdated. |

High quality and friendly service. Quality beds and comfortable. Charges in bar can be high...13.50 for Gin and Tonic and 5.20 for 50cl of water. Food was good quality and comparative in price to area. |

Spacious, well-appointed room. Nice, wide double bed. I don't pay 25 euros for breakfast anywhere, and won't ask my company to either. Better to eat in a local café for half the price (at most!). There are plenty nearby. |

Quit neighbourhood. Good restaurant. Nice atmosphere. The breakfast is far too expensive. So have your breakfast in a cafe not far from the hotel (for instance on one of the corners of the crossing with Avenue Louisa). The 'standard' rooms have different sizes, so ask for a 'big one'. |

A bit pricey but a very nice hotel. A little out of the way from downtown but close to all transportation links and easy walking distance to various restaurants and amenities close by. Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff were were eager to help and very friendly. |
