Very comfortable hotel in one of the most pleasant neighbourhoods of Brussels with good connections to the rest of the city also with public transport.
The hotel had a nice interior, the rooms are big and very nice.
No free WiFi in the room and we did not have warm water for 2 nights.
Having to pay for wifi in the room , in a so called 5 star hotel, absalute JOKE.
New Year's Eve Diner was outstanding
Staff were very pleasant and helpful and hotel was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast
Great location. Excellent shuttle to airport.
Rooms need refurbishing. No hot water one evening. Loose and damaged fittings in bathroom. Poorly designed bedrooms. 29 Euro for an average breakfast is excessive.
Very nice room.
location bedroom size style and decoration staff responsiveness
Internet should be free of charge in bedrooms dimmer light in bathroom needed no TV access to CNN
the hotel is ok, however it is not a five, but rather a four star hotel.
expensive breakfast; curtains in the shower; lack of swimingpool or a spa area;
Fresh interior of the reception area.
Rooms are a bit old.
There was no swimming pool, the lobby is small, place has a dry appearance and no attraction at all.
Location, big tv, nice garden
Have to pay for internet in ur room even if u r a guest only free in lobby?!!!
Location. Comfort of rooms.
No free wifi in rooms is very annoying. Price for parking is too high (30 euros)
very nice staff for the breakfast. breakfast was excellet.
check in took long because my chid sofa bed was not ready. i had chosen this opion online but the recepion told us they were not aware of this request.
The room size was very spacious and the staff was friendly and helpful. Walking distance to transportation and shopping.
I am a frequent guest of Le Chatelain and up to date I like the excellent service from the staff, the location which very quiet and not far from avenue Louise. I will be back again for my next trip.
The room was cleaned to a good standard. The room was comfortable with fast reliable WiFi The room service was quick The facilities were good, fitness etc The staff were helpful
It was a little expensive The breakfast was very expensive (e30)
Bathroom is was really quite small
Easy access to downtown. Clean and comfortable.
Very friendly staff and comfortable beds. Facilities for making coffee and tea.
Small bathroom and a very slippery bath when taking a shower.
The room was very nice with a comfortable bed and with an excellent large Phillips flat panel LED TV.
Room service was too limited in choices and their main dining room wasn't the greatest. The Entrecôte was a bit tough and the small individual use mayonnaise jar brought to my table as a condiment for the french fries had been opened and was almost totally used previously. The hotel driver/concierge didn't speak a single word of English which because a real problem when he promptly got lost when driving me on a prepaid 22 Euro drive to an important appointment in south Brussels that a regular taxi had taken me directly too with no issues for only 14 Euro the day before. We went around in circles for almost a half hour before I had to point him in the right direction from my own memory of the day before, and finally we found the location, but I was 15 minutes late to the appointment as result. If you stay there, be prepared to eat somewhere else and use a regular Brussels taxi derive and not the hotel's prepaid taxi service.
Friendly, helpful staff
The failure to provide simple things like enough tea and coffee - and no milk! Breakfast at 29 Euros each and a sauna for 20 Euros is ridiculous when the accommodation is already so expensive
Restaurant bar is very comfortable with nice fireplace. Patio garden is beautiful. Nice room with good desk workspace.
Costs for the breakfast, drinks, etc. are a little too high compared to similar hotels in Brussels.
Everything - from the minute we got there to the minute we left the staff could not have been more helpful.
