A great boutique hotel in a fantastic location. The junior suite gave plenty of room.

The breakfast was a bit pricey and the bathroom could have been better. There was very little equipment in the kitchen area.

This is a luxurious hotel in an impeccable location! The staff was professional and exceptionally meticulous in meeting our needs. We stayed in the room called 'Serge Creuz'. The room was HUGE…it was like an apartment with a split level. Brickwork and TV/Living room with a couch and the bathroom was new, clean, and had a fancy tub for two. It also had a lot of windows that overlooked the Atrium or central Courtyard. We got this room for a substantial discount over their regular rates....likely because we stayed there on a Sunday night. In a city of this size in Europe, and the location so close(200m) to the Grand Place, Belgian National Visitors Center (100m), and the Central Train Station (50m), this hotel was an incredible value.

If one forgot to use the 2nd set of Curtains, people in the Courtyard Garden, or adjacent Meeting Room could look and see directly into our room.

Absolutely perfect location for train travellers and for anyone wanting to visit bryssels. Staff was very helpful.

Room was little cold and bedclothes strange

Room at the fifth floor : to fear in case of fire. Bathroom without shower possibility. Some details to be fixed.

Locating at the entrance point of old town, the best place for city tour and easy access to Brussels-Central station. Executive suite has spacious reception/sitting space and kitchen as well.

The safe in the room did not work.

Good location, close to the central station and also the historic quarter of Brussels. Pleasant style in an old building. Spacious suite. Pleasant staff.

No shower in the bathroom and a bath tucked awkwardly under the eaves in an attic space. NO HOT WATER in the morning. The hotel did not offer a rate reduction but agreed to this when I asked for it.

The place of the hotel was amazing right close to the Grand Palace and near lots of restaurants, and the hotel was quite and comfortable.

It would be nice if they upgrade the hotel to a more modern style

Even though the description of the Suite clearly stated that there should be a balcony, there wasn'T.

The close proximity to everything interesting in Brussels. It is just less than 3 mins from Gare Centrale. 5 mins from Grand Place, less than 10 mins from Manneken Pis. For the price, you get a very spacious room with plenty of free space to move around.

Room should have the basic tea/coffee making equipment

It was a beautiful and peaceful place to stay in a busy city. I loved the design and interiors of the hotel, they were gorgeous. It was very convenient, short walk from the train station. It was my favourite hotel I stayed in on my trip to Europe.
