it really felt like a home from home, very welcoming. The staff were excellent, a very personal service. The toffees around the reception area are a lovely touch. I thought that there should be tea and coffee making facilities in the bedrooms. Irish and English people love a cup of tea in the evening, especially english breakfast tea which i noticed you serve in the dining room. perhaps a few more options with CD's, DVDs in the room or maybe a docking station as most people have Ipods. Also I think there should be an Iron and ironing board in each wardrobe in the rooms. |

This is an elegant property very close to the Grand Place. Our Junior suite was spacious, well decorated and quiet. Our queen size bed was very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel. |

A gem of a hotel right in the centre of the city - literally a stone's throw from the Grand Place. The public rooms are very stylish - in period, yet our room (in the new block) was thoroughly modern, and in excellent modern style. |

Every thing about this hotel was first class, it's near to Central Station and the city center, if you can afford it this is the place to stay. |

This is an extremely charming hotel, oozing with it's own unique character in a perfect location in the middle of Brussels city centre. I am a very regular hotel guest, traveling globally for both business and leisure and found this place to be one of the few that really stood out from the crowd. I fully intend to stay here next time I'm in Brussels. Some of the furniture in the rooms is old and so damaged (scratches, etc), but nontheless I found this supported the old charm of the hotel. I was also slightly disapointed that there were no facailties to make my own tea or coffee. |

The rooms are lovely, and the public rooms very charming. The location is perfect - very well placed for all the sights and public transport across Brussels. The concierge was not very well informed on the night I stayed. Don't expect accurate advice on restaurants, whether one should book, how to get here or there.... but it's such a lovely hotel this isn't a big deal - just get your information elsewhere! |

The hotel has a very nice atmosphere, and the room that I had was really comfortable, cosy, and spacious. I would have been happy if wireless Internet access had been offered for free. |
