Very pleasant, helpful and efficient check-in staff. Excellent location. Very clean and tidy hotel. Small but clean and tidy room. Efficient lifts. Breakfast was adequate. Good value for money. Would recommend to colleagues. No WiFi in room. Hotels catering for business travellers should try to provide this facility free-of-charge. It is a big plus when choosing a hotel to stay. |

The staff are very efficient and friendly. The hotel is well run even down to a hot breakfast at 7.30 on a Saturday morning. |

This is a fairly run-down place with even TV not working and fabric of towels falling apart. It is not a nice place in general, a place that is falling apart. |

The proximity, the cleanliness of the rooms. I found it dificult to find a bar in the hotel that was open after about 10.30 pm. I would definitely stay in this hotek if I visit Brussels again. |

Staff is very kind and the breakfast room is again in the same room as it used to be before. Previous solution to have breakfast room in Kom-kom restaurant was not the best one so I was happy they changed it. |

Hotel staff were kind and breakfast was good. Room rate was reasonable. Heating system was less effective. It took more about 20 minutes to go to Grand Place, while I could enjoy window shopping along the street through Grand Place. |

The help provided by the staff. The position of the hotel is excellant - close to various means of transport & close to shopping centres The hotel has two areas - the new Le Dome and the old Le Dome. When you are in the new part, everything seems to be ok. However the old part definaltely needs refurbishing. |

The place close to the centre and easy to reach by public transport I like a bathtup that works and the same for the hairdryer..it had to be fixed after the first night. |

The hotel was very conveniently placed in Brussels city centre and therefore transportation both within and outwith the city centre is excellent. The hotel represents very value for money. |

The hotel staff were friendly and the wifi in the reception areas was excellent. There was a lot of noise from the street outside and the bathroom was very old fashioned with a no-very good shower over the bath. It is a shame wifi is not available in bedrooms. |

Location and the Tea and Coffee service. The bed was not confortable especially the pillows. It definitely needs a change of mattress and new pillows. I have been before in this hotel and had a much better room. |

the hotel is well situated, next to all the real 4 and 5 star hotels I thought that I'd gove this hotel a try but I am not planning to ever return. It is a 2 star estabishment where people are doing their best - but in my case that was not really enough. When I entered the room I was wondering about the noise and the smell. When I opened the window I discovered that it came from the kitchen deduction hood. When showering I had to look at the pubic hair of the people who slept in the room before me (or those before them). Unfortunately I feel unable to recommend this hotel unless you are on a really tight budget. |
