Le Dome  

I thought the hotel was great. The hotel was clean and very nice. The rooms were spacious with nice windows and a very comfortable bed. Even the bathrooms were big and clean. The main shopping street is right next to the street of the hotel and the Grand Place and other tourist attractions are only a 10 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was big.

Dirty room, noisy as old windows, very dirty breakfast room, poor breakfast, I was surprised as this is a 4 star hotel. Hotel needs full renovation.

The room and bathroom was properly made for a rushy business trip.

There was no wifi access neither in the room nor at the lobby. Breakfast started only at 7:00 a.m., which was too late for my leaving.

Good breakfast though I am not keen on coffee that comes out of a machine. Warm lounge. Friendly staff. Free WiFi.

A bit cold in my room though the weather outside was -7degC.

The location and pricing of the hotel was excellent for my trip.

The location of the police checkpoint on the pavement under my hotel window was the problem. Several times per each night the police patrol started with flashlights and sirens on heading for the road. That caused problems with falling asleep.

The hotel staff is excellent.

It was an excellent value for money. Staff, location and the breakfast being included in the price makes for an almost perfect combination.

The only thing that can be improved is the cleanliness.

Close to Rogier Underground station, room was big and clean, staff was helpful, close to fairlly large shopping centre, City 2, and so reasonably priced food was easy to find, I read on the website that it was recently renovated which it is as things look pretty updated.

Too expensive for that locality as can get just about 55% of price for a hotel closeby but the room may not be as spacious and daily cleaning is extra; too far from rail stations, more senior staff (seems like the owner) seem very aloof, reception staff was okay, no bbc World news channel which is preferred when keeping up to date with financial situation around the globe.

Across the road from where I did business. Smack in the middle of the city, next to metro exit. Very nice breakfast.

Not exactly modern. Wifi only in the lobby. Value for money mostly because of the location, otherwise better options exist in brux.

The bed was not good.

I like the combination of design and confort in Le Dome.

Lack of vegetables in the backfast buffet.
