Hotel Le Dome    

Location at top of major shopping area and access to range of transport links at doorstep - however, area immediately around hotel shuts down after dark.

Noise from street even on 8th floor room. Hotels is fine but dated and a little tired, can get better fro the same price or even less.

Wifi was not working in the room

This hotel is situated at a handy location which suits best for bussines peoples needs. In close vicinity are various places with diversity of food choices served.

The staff is very friendly, the location is ideal, just 10 min walk to the Grand Place.

This hotel is not 4 stars at all. The rooms are dated, there were no bar, no restaurant. They were closed... it seems that they close on holidays... not a very smart way to cash in...

Central location, very clean spacious room, underground public parking in front of hotel, good location, freindly courteous efficient hotel reception staff.

Two single beds pushed together instead of a large doube bed. Can't avoid hearing traffic noise. During the weekend there is no bar or cafe in the hotel, only breakfast. Flat screen tv was small, but had a good choice fo tv channels.

paying at the arrival (always) copying without my approval my passport (which isagainst personal data protection rules) outside it was freezing and in the room there was no heating, the air condition was only cold

Room was clean, quiet and comfortable and large enough to move around in. Older hotel however maintenance was good. Breakfast was acceptable.

Everything was comfortable and user-friendly enough for my business trip. And thank you very much for NOT debiting the payment in advance from my credit card, as some other Brussels hotels do.

I would prefer more sports channels on TV. I couldn't watch the game Russia - Brazil :)

The room was cold and noisy.

They were thoughtful of me and changed me to a better room which was warmer because the first one was soo cold.

I didn't like the cold room. The breakfast is the same everyday.

I stayed at the Dome hotel last the week before last and I stayed in the old half...I was not impressed...this week I was in the newer side to the hotel and it couldn't have been more different. Clean room, good shower with hot water, comfortable bed with good pillows. Nice breakfast. I would recommend but only if you are staying in the newer side of the hotel.

Still noisy, but thats the location as much as anything.

the location is good if you need the EU / business offices in the area. And is right nest to the Metro with a direct link to midi.

No way is this a 4 star hotel. It is rather worn and basic 3 star but with higher prices. There is free wifi in the rooms but it is so weak that it is practically useless. Breakfast was ok but is served in a dark restaurant with no character.

Staff didn't seem to excited to see us. The word NO seems to be the only English they cared to share with us. Won't be back.

I have returned from another business trip, staying at Le Dome. I find it ideal for this purpose. All of the staff; reception, breakfast and cleaning; are extremely friendly, helpful and efficient. The rooms are comfortable. The breakfast is fine, WiFi is fast and effective. The location close to the heart of Brussels, Gare du Nord and the metro is excellent. I do not ask for anything more!

Good location, near Gare du Nord and pedestrian area, not far from the old city centre. taxi station across the street. Internet in the room, free of charge.

The weather was very cold (1 degres) but unfortunately the heating system wasn't working. There weren't any comforter!
