Yleiset tilat siistit ja puhtaat. Huone oli vanhahtava, mutta hiljainen ja iso. Taulu-TV oli kiva yllätys. Tarjoushintaisen yön hinta/laatusuhde ihan hyvä ja aamiainenkin ihan hyvä ja riittävä. Sijainti pohjoisen aseman lähellä mukava. Silti ripeä kävely Grand Placelle kestää vain n. 10 min. Ei täytä neljän tähden tasoa. Maksullinen langaton nettiyhteys, en edes kysynyt hintaa kun sain napattua heikon signaalin hotellin ulkopuolelta. |

Huone oli tilava ja rauhallinen, sijainti erinomainen. Vastasi hyvin maksamaani huonehintaa. Huone oli liian viileä, samoin kylpyhuone, yritin säätää patteria, mutta ei auttanut. |

Good location, almost in the centre of the town, yet a quiet room. Hyvä sijainti lähes kaupungin keskustassa, kuitenkin hiljainen huone. It is out of this wold that the WiFi-connection costs more than the price of the room. There were no "cards" in the reception for this connection and those who got it couldn't use it because it was blocked. No posibility to use your lap-top in your room! How in the world you can call this a four sart hotel? The breakfast was poor; only two sorts of ham an two of cheese. No vegetables, no tomatoes, no cucumber. One morning even the juice and omelet was missing. 0-% yoghurt, awfull. On käsittämätöntä, että WiFi-yhteys maksaa enemmän kuin hotellihuone. Respassa ei ollut "kortteja" langatonta yhteyttä varten ja ne jotka sen saivat, eivät voineet sitä käyttää jonkin ihmeellisen "blokkauksen" takia. Läppäriänsä ei voinut käyttää huoneessaan. Kuinka ihmeessä tällaista voi kutsua neljän tähden hotelliksi! Aamiainen oli surkea, vain paria leikkelettä ja juustoa. Ei vihanneksia, ei tomaatti, ei kurkkua. Yhtenä aamuna ei edes juicea eikä omelettia. 0-% jugurttia, yäk. |

Hotellissa on vanha ja uusi osa. Olisi kohtuullista tietää ja saada mahdollisuus valita etukäteen kumpaan osaan hotellia pääsee. Uusi osa on persoonallinen ja kiehtova kuin suomalainen kirkonkylä marraskuisena maanantaiaamuna. |

Erinomainen sijainti kaupunkilomailijan kannalta, kohtuullisen hyvä aamiainen. Liikenteen melu julkisivun puoleisessa huoneessa, varsinkin hälytysajoneuvoista yöaikaan. |

During my state at the hotel I had a chance to relax in the room and I spent a good time in the bar. Weak point is a missing conection to the Internet in the room. |

The hotel reception Staff. The two that we had to deal with were very cordial and helpful, especially the young man whose name I do not know. The room was somewhat lacking on wardrobe space and there were no drawers and not enough clothes hangers. For a guest to be in Brussels on business with his/her spouse for more than one or two nights, there has to be more space were to hang suits, etc. |

The rate was 82 euros per night including braeakfast. It was good. Internet is not available in the guest rooms. They have wifi system at the lobby. However, since the front ran out of internet access passward cards, I could not access internet. |

I've been several times in this hotel already but this time I was given a very nice corner room with 5 windows and it was spacious and well furnished so I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Besides prices this time were a bit lower than usually so it was extremely good value of money. |

Good value. Convenient for Metro. Stayed several times before. Will stay again. In reality this is a good 3 star hotel, not a 4 star as listed. Lack of internet/ cost of internet is a minus for guests. Breakfast basic but OK. |
