Nei, overhodet ikke i forhold til beskrivelsen. Hotellet er fortjener ikke 4 stjerner. Dette er et slitt, kjedelig mellom-klasse 3 stjeneres hotell. Som kontrast kan nevnes at f.eks. hotell Jolly på Place Sablon og Le Dixseptieme også har 4 stjerner. Dette er jo hotell av high class. Prisen lå på nivå med kjedelige lav-gjennomsnittshoteller, og i forhold til hva man fikk for prisen var det ingen ting. |

Location was very good, near the center and the rail station Air conditioner worked only like ventilator without cooling so it was very hot in the room and it was impossible to sleep. Also a lot of noise from the street, we couldn’t open the window |

Good relation between price and offered services. Breakfest nothing special but good and you can choose from variety of food, common tableware - getting old. But clean room - enough for be there for two nights. Privacy guaranteed. Nice staff ready to help. |

The noise. We were given the room that is at the juncture of two busy streets. We did not sleep all night. \no airconditioning. Fan in the room extremely noisy. |

tv channels too hot. need to install good air conditioning. had to open windows and was too noisy outside so didn't sleep at all. |

The staff was always ready to help. The hotel is centrally situated, very near the north station and the metro good for business and shopping. |

Location of the hotel, quite close to main shopping street, metro station and also north train station. Room size was adequate for a short stay. Breakfast was sub-standard. Also confusion over the hotel, as two separate hotels with the same name. The main one definitely looked of a higher standard and would probably be deemed a 4star rating, however the hotel I stayed was the second hotel which was a couple of doors down was in my opinion a 3star hotel standard. |

The receptionist gave us a warm welcome and offered us a bigger and better room than the one we had booked. It had more facilities in it than we saw on the website, so it was a pleasant surprise for us. It was also good value for money and we had a good breakfast in a pleasant environment. The hotel is also very close to all amenities including Rue Neuve and Brussels Nord Station. Since it is on a busy road, at some times the traffic noise was quite audible from the room. |

This could have been a very nice hotel. Beautiful Art Noveau building. Large room with nice view and reasonably isolated from noise in the street. Maintenance not more than acceptable; carpeting, bathroom etc. Beds, pillows and bed sets far from new. Sounds from corridor and neighbouring rooms very present. |
