Faptul ca este amplasat in aproprierea garii si locului vizat de deplasare, zona comerciala si restaurante, au fost un mare avantaj. In general m-am simtit bine, iar sugestia altor vizitatori de a alege o camera pe latura din spate a hotelului, ferita de zgomot, a fost de bun augur. As dori sa sugerez insa mai multa atentie privind functionarea sistemului de incalzire al camerelor. |

Este foarte liniste in hotel si amplasarea este foarte buna pentru scopul delegatiei mele. Multumesc. Pentru moment nu. Am stat pentru prima oara, o noapte. Probabil ca in timp imi voi forma si o parere pentru eventuale imbunatatiri (daca ele s-ar impune din punctul meu de vedere). |

Serviciile sunt foarte bune. Camerele sunt confortabile. Este foarte aproape de zone magazinelor. Este foarte aproape de statia de tren si metrou. |

Pozitia hotelului este excelenta.Prestatia personalului este corecta si discreta.Mobilierul este simplu si functiona. Absenta accesului la internet este din ce in ce mai deranjanta. |

The rate was 82 euros per night including braeakfast. It was good. Internet is not available in the guest rooms. They have wifi system at the lobby. However, since the front ran out of internet access passward cards, I could not access internet. |

I've been several times in this hotel already but this time I was given a very nice corner room with 5 windows and it was spacious and well furnished so I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Besides prices this time were a bit lower than usually so it was extremely good value of money. |

Good value. Convenient for Metro. Stayed several times before. Will stay again. In reality this is a good 3 star hotel, not a 4 star as listed. Lack of internet/ cost of internet is a minus for guests. Breakfast basic but OK. |

Close to train station, restaurants, public transport, & shopping centres. Hotel staff was very helpful. Though the hotel may have facilities that classify it as a 4 star hotel, I consider such rating rather high. 3 star would be sufficient enough. |

Location next to Metro TH Breakfast had very limited choice, even more so if you are a vegetarian. Staff at breakfast could have been more welcoming and helpful. |

hotel was very close to the metro station, my room was cozy, everything was clean. I liked the outdated furniture, but that's my taste. Breakfast was okay. there was some occasional noise on my floor, but I guess that was due to current guests, not having anything to do with the hotel. However, paying 10E for 1h internet card and the possibility of connecting only at the lobby of the hotel is ridiculous. If the hotel is supposed to be a 4* hotel, free wi-fi in the room should be there. I didn't mind the noise at the street, but could see how that can be a problem to some guests. Also had minor problems with the shower, it wasn't easy to adjust the water to fit my taste. |

Very big room with clean bathroom. Good location - 20 minutes walk to Grand Place and just next to underground station. The room was extremely noisy because of heavy traffic just outside the huge old windows - I woke up several times each night - especially when ambulances drove by. |
