We liked the location and proximity to the Grande Place and Central Railway station. The concierge and reception staff were helpful and very pleasant. |

The room was extremely comfortable and pleasant in terms of designer touches. The location of the hotel was outstanding. I would like to return. The approach on foot was very difficult with the works going on. This was not the fault of the hotel. |

Good location nearby a beautiful part of Brussels and closeby rail and metro links for travelling elsewhere in the City. The hotel room was spacious and well equipped and exceptionally good value. |

Very convienent for shopping, seeing grand place, restuarants, tour buses all within walking distance, Chose this hotel for rate & location. Even though there was construction, no noise was heard inside the hotel City construction made it hard to find and no hotel parking. They did have valet which helped, but no place to park while checking in. Once construction is completed it will be better. Would recommend after city construction is over which would be maybe 6 month. |

Staff was extremely helpful and the beverages and coffee offered on arrival was appreciated. Room was a good size and decor was first rate. Baggage was delivered to room as the main lobby was closed and do direct access to elevators was available. Entire area (roadway, intersection and entrance) in front of the hotel was under construction. It was both mayhem and an obstacle course to get from the train station to the side entrance. Morning construction noise was annoying at the early hours. Would have been nice to have known about the interruption of access before hand. This could last for some time |
