The location was ideal for the train station and tourist attractions. The building work being completed outside the hotel. Was not made aware of this prior to arrival. |

The detailed cleaning of the room by the gentleman on Sunday. The location just in front of the Central Station. The bed and the blanket in between of two sheets instead of a light duvet. |

the foyer of the hotel and location of hotel The staff member who checked us in. I asked for a room with a view of the city and she said all rooms we booked out! the hotel was very quiet. Also the works going on outside the hotel were dreadful and annoying very hard to get out and into the hotel. |

The satff was really friendly and the location is perfect. It's totally worth it. I will stay there whenever I go back to Brussels again The carpets could be changed |

We liked it, the room was clean and big enough. Non chic but nice. The hotel is little bit out of fashion. The breakfast was not on the top. |

Great location, close to Central Station. Friendly, English speaking staff were very helpful. Rooms were exceptional. Very Clean and spacious. Was walking distance to all the major sites in the city. We would stay there again. |

The public areas are spacious and comfortable. Ventilation in the room was useless and I had a poor night because of this. The bath control knob fell off in my hand and was difficult to operate.Carpets in the room looked 'tired'. Also the bedroom was quite small for a supposedly luxury hotel although the bathroom was large. The room seemed equipped for a single person (only one robe etc) although it was booked for a couple. |
