Hotel closed down during our stay and all guests were kicked out.
Concierges helpful advice meant a lot to us! Breakfast was wonderful, and being right across from the train station and so near the sights was fantastic. Also, we arrived from the airport at 8 AM and were happily surprised that they gave us our room that early!
Nothing to criticize from our experience!
The location was perfect and right in the middle of everything. Train station, Stores, Restaurants, etc in walking distance. Room was great, and we got upgraded, probably due to SPG membership.
The breakfast location was at the end of somewhere. There were 2 - 3 stairs down to reach some kind of a Ballroom. Probably it was temporary location. So, not sure the location of the supposedly breakfast restaurant. For Breakfast Lovers, You will need to check it first. Also, if you rearrange the Minibar, be careful for quick checkout and make sure they do not charge you extra. It happened to us, when we need to put baby food inside and re arrange the content of Minibar. Fortunately, the receptionist reconfirmed to us during checkout and the charges were removed.
Location. Helpful staff.
Price of anything over and above the basic room cost. Electricity sockets and TV in the room didn't work. Windows wouldn't open.
Very good location
Cery old rooms but i think the have renew rooms but more expencice
the fact that there was no restaurant on the week end
Right by the Central Station. 5 minutes walk from the Grand-Place.
The room was worn-out. The shower-head was leaking strongly. Some nails were sticking out of the floor at the bathroom entrance. It was definitely not a 5 star hotel experience. I have seen some 4 star hotels with rooms in a lot better condition.
Terrific location, spacious rooms, and very helpful staff.
Room was next to elevator bank..a bit disturbing with its noise during the night.
Excellent location, wonderful staff, lovely room
Incrediable value and comfort.
We use this hotel as it is located opposite the Gare Centrale. From there we visit relatives in this small but extremely well organized country.(We live in South Africa) The rooms have been modernized, the bathroom is great (except for a cracked basin),bedding is excellent, the carpets new, all making for a very comfortable stay. There was no noise/disturbance during our 3 nights stay. The room staff did a very good job.The reception staff was professional and processed us quickly at arrival and departure. We did not eat at the hotel. We will definitely return in April next year.
New contemporary design of public spaces and rooms on the 2nd floor. Good helpful staff. Close to everything important for the traveller.
Bathroom in the room on the 2nd floor looks a little bit tired. Not enough light in the bathroom
Hard to believe this hotel charges for wifi. As someone who was travelling to Brussels on business and is a starwood preferred guest, it is obviously something that you would presume would be provided free of charge
Smooth check-in, good food in the lobby bar, good location.
Wifi is not included. Uneven water temperature when taking a shower.
located next to the train station
It is pathetic that paying Euros 280 for an executive room and they still charge extra for wifi access. As a frequent business traveller I find that unacceptable. executive room with a view over the garbage bins. took 15 minutes or so to check in
The service ia very poor, its not a 4 star service even. No one is there to help spevially at the gate or lobby. And its the worst place to check in for an occasion. They will do nothing to help you join it
Very confortable with excellent facilities. Staff very helpful
Cost of breakfast at 20 + euro for a continental breakfast not good value. So I ate breakfast elsewhere. I would eat in Le Meridien if cheaper.
Brilliantly located (across the Central Station); extremely user- friendly and helpfull staff
The room was slightly outdated yet comfortable
Great location, nice modern decoration (not that old fashioned hotel style)
Excellent place, in front of the Central Station and 3 minutes walk to Grand Place and old city centre. Perfect if you travel with kids for the location and comfort. From the airport you can take the train and in 20 minutes you are at the hotel.
Excellent check-in, so a very good first impression. Would happily go back again and recommend it
Bar area a bit impersonal
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar area was very comfortable with a cosy atmosphere so we could happily relax there in the evening. Would definitely go back and recommend the hotel to others.
considering the price of the stay, the hotel is ok.
I find it very uncomfortable and limiting the lack of wi-fi in a hotel like that. it is the only fault of a nice hotel. the structure is not very up to date.
Close to rail way travel, close to city centre
We did not stay longer
Location. Friendliness and professionalism of the staff.
When turned off light switch, didn't realise that electricity switched off so phone and tablet no charged overnight. Charging for WiFi - hate this!
