Price was good Room was not really clean (pillowcases were dirty and also the carpet in the room) There wasn't any bath salts available in the hotel - when I asked some to the staff, they brought us some cooking salt! The furniture in the room was in bad conditions (full of dust and scratches, surely not matching the expectations for a 5 stars hotel).

All staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The bed, of course, is the most comfortable of anywhere! The room service food was not great. The steak was tough and thus inedible. It was too late in the evening to ask for something else.

Relaxed, friendly and very helpful staff. The electricity was switched off (maybe automatically) for a couple of minutes at around 6 am.

Very classy & comfortable No tea/coffee making facilities in our rooms. Dining room was closed for the evening meal. Very annoying noise from the lift every time it was in use.

Symphatic staff. Good lounge/ bar. Great localization a fell steps from the Gare Central. Good for who is arriving by train from the aeroport or from Amsterdam. Good Concierge Service. Small bedroom. Wi-fi free just in the Lobby.

Location The fact that you hold money from debit card even on prepaid room and no extras and I do not have it yet given back. How do I get it back? I saw that other customers also have had this problem. Also several minor maintenance problems in the room.

Almost everything! It was nice that they had a gym, but they could use 1-2 more machines so that two people can go at the same time (there are 2 treadmills, several bikes/stairmachines, many free weights... but there is only 1 weightlifting machine with 6-7 different modes. if there were 2 of those machines I could have worked out with my dad at the same time, for example.)

- Very large room, very cosy bed. Very good sized bathroom - Location is very central, Grand Palace is 5 minutes walk, Brussels Central Station is just across the road, and there are plenty of shopping centers, restaurants etc - I still can't believe there wasn't free wifi and the paid one was very expensive - Brussles Midi station (where Thalys/EuroStar trains stop) is a bit further away (requires one metro and one tram change to get to Brussels Central and that's the cheapest way I guess)

Superb Location and friendly staff Bedding has to be renewed. We had a double bed but asked to change rooms because te matress was worn out. We were friendly offered a twin bed room that was OK

Location It's another hotel that nickel's and dimes you for everything, from a 22 Euro breakfast of croissants and juice, to a 15 Euro/day access to WiFi that other hotels in the area give away for free.

After checked out I asked for a taxi at the desk and got one. When we reached Brussels airport the driver told me the price for taxi trip was 65 Euro insted of something about 40-45 as a fare price. I didn't asked for limo at the reception desk and the car was not a limo. Besides the car didn't have taxometer. I think it is not a good practice for the hotel to be associated with such kind of business.
